Eileen's Colossal Cookies of Lincoln Nebraska started in April of 1995. We are a franchise of Eileen's Colossal Cookies Franchising Inc. out of Hastings, Nebraska. We currently have two locations in Lincoln. South shop @ 55th & Old Cheney, North Shop @ 84th & Holdrege. We also sell cookies at football, basketball & volleyball events at the University of Nebraska.
