I was disappointed for not getting n extensive care for my hip the dr did not touch anything. I went for the cat scan and he said I have unusual bone in my hip. It could be from birth. There is nothing he can do and send me away I m actually in pain from walking. What kind of treatment am I getting from the dr. Nothing. !!
Manager flat lied to me . Showed up for my appointment Monday after they called Friday to remind me of my appointment, which I confirmed. On Monday they said my appointment was canceled. Manager came out and said she called me and canceled, this is a total lie. I was trying to go back to work but now no longer have a job. You going to help pay my rent now that you caused me to lose my only hope for a job. I am 77 not many will hire you at this age. Avoid this place. They actually lie.
I had a WC hand injury and the doctor did not listen to me or the therapist…The only thing I did in my doctor visit was squeezed his hand ONCE.He did not touch the area also he did not acknowledge my hand clicking right in front of him when I made a fist.my last visit was like this”Hi your MRI came back normal so there’s nothing I can do for you anymore,so I am releasing back to full duty”. He gave me the paper and said have a good day.I told him my hand is still clicking,can’t you hear it? He literally said I don’t know what that is but the MRI said normal so I can’t do anything for you,call your adjuster.
I'm very surprised to see the other 2 reviews. I've been here at least 3 times within a month. Each time the visits were 45 minutes at the most from when i first walked in, to when I walk out. All the ladies at the front desk have been sweet and polite. I like the new building very much. It's so much more inviting, spacious, clean and new. The doctors listen to what I have to say and are very helpful. I hope more people take the time to review this place because it can be so much easier to remember to write a negative review than it is to take the time out of your day to write a positive one.
I’m in the process of getting hired for a job. I called at 0830 to verify if I needed an appointment or if I could just walk in? The line was picked up and then hung up 4 times in a row. I could hear the receptionist breathing each time. Finally my call was answered and I was able to verify that I could walk in. The receptionist was not very nice, but not rude. I was there for a TB test and urine sample. I was on my lunch break 60 minutes and finally after 90 minutes I walked up and told the receptionist I needed to return to work. After speaking up another 10 minutes went by then finally I was taken back. I just remember occupational health being more efficient and time conscious in the past.
They still don't know how to schedule. Had an appointment at ten arrived early and was called back at ten but then had to wait 45 minutes for a one minute evaluation by the doctor. Was there ten people ahead of me still? Be prepared to wait for no good reason.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are very unprofessional. Terrible wait times and they will drag out your care for as long as possible. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. If you have a choice in your occupational health. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and save the headaches and wasted time. The Dr's are horrible and don't care about your health. This place does the bare minimum and they're not sorry about it.
UPDATE YOUR LOCATION IN GOOGLE... YOU SAID YOU MOVED OFFICES TWO YEARS AGO. GOOGLE TAKES YOU TO AN ALLEY BEHIND A DIFFERENT BUILDING. NO ONE ANSWERED YOUR PHONE TO GET APPROPRIATE DIRECTIONS. I FINALLY FOUND YOUR BUILDING 35 MINUTES LATER AND YOU CLOSED 3 MINUTES BEFORE I ARRIVED! When people have appointments back to back, you don't have the luxury of just "coming back in the morning"! A simple update on maps, or even answering your phone would've been nice.
They are extremely slow. Had an appointment for 1:30. Arrived on time, didn’t get called back by the nurse until 2. It’s going on 2:45 and I’ve yet to see the doctor. I’m so annoyed.
Hours of operation are until 4:30. I arrived at 3:30 for a tb test and the turned me away.
