Horrible bus company. Drivers unprofessional looking, arrive late, don't know their way around, even when itinerary provided - claimed they didn't know where to go. We used them for 2 days of touring in San Francisco in September 2014. I finally received a return phone call from the owner in Dec 2014. He claimed no responsibility and said he was very busy. Blamed everyone but his company even though I provided copies of complaints from 8 passengers on the bus tours.

If you want to get somewhere on time or there at all I would strongly discourage using this coach company. On the first day, the coach turned up a good hour late despite us phoning the company several times to make sure they knew where they were going and what time they needed to be there. On the second day, they still did not turn up on time, I think they were around 30-40 minutes late this time. For the rest of the week, they turned up on time but a lot of the drivers did not know where they were going having to rely on sat nav or even asking us the passengers for directions. One day they drove past the place and it was only by chance that we spotted it and alerted the driver who the performed a U-turn on a busy road.  To top this all off, they then tried to claim that we owed them extra money.  Do not use this company.

Company changed ownership and then went  out of business.

Went for an interview it looks good
