Our Health Educators and Community Health Workers help you complete the patient health care cycle by giving you the personalized, in-depth information you need to follow the health plan prescribed and bilingual services are available.
We offer many classes for weight management, incl. weight management for diabetes and healthy heart care, as well as for prenatal care and reproductive health, smoking cessation and more.

El Centro provides health care to nearly 20,000 individuals each year in over 80,000 medical and dental visits. We have 21 medical clinics, including 8 school-based health centers and 3 dental clinics.
At El Centro Family health, we accept all payor sources including private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, VA and low income discounted services.
