Very very wonderful service! Norma helped us so much with everything including finding the right furniture for us and finalizing payment details. From the moment we came in, she immediately greeted us with a smile and took the time to look at different furniture pieces, making sure we were satisfied with the one we picked. We even got help from the financial department where Chandra and Norma stayed past the time to help us get our furniture transaction finalized. We are really grateful for their help and we can't wait to come back and find the rest of the furniture for our home :
Excellent customer service from Mayra! I walked into Eldorado she greeted me with a smile. I told her I was just looking for ideas for bedroom. She directed me to a few areas no pressure, in fact she kept a distance. Right before I walked out she mentioned I missed an area. I end up finding the exact bedroom set I envisioned. Extremely pleasant experience! Thanks to the finance girl as well!
I went to the Wellington store looking for a new living room set and was assisted by Mayra. Just from the minute I met her, she was such a pleasant person. We met several times before finally picking out the perfect set, thanks to her!! I can’t wait until my furniture arrives and all the accessories are added, it’s going to be a show stopper. She was truly a pleasure to work with. Every top end furniture store needs more employees like her!!! She is great!!!
Mayra, our sales person was wonderful. We came into the store looking for a sofa bed and she was patient, caring, and very helpful. I will recommend Mayra to anyone. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasant experience. I will definitely return to the Wellington location to purchase more furnishings and request Mayra as our sales person.
Luz Galvez greeted us at the door with a smile. She allowed us opportunities to talk amongst ourselves as we shopped but was just close enough to answer any questions. Luz showed us many rooms and we ended up finding exactly what we wanted. She customized our order and we are sitting in our favorite, most comfy couch we’ve ever owned. El Dorado is the best furniture store I’ve personally ever been to. I test for quality construction and analyze the cost compared to others. Best quality, best price. I will be going back for more furniture. Besides, the place is just awesome!
Norma, the floor sales person, gave us an excellent treatment and attention for the second time. We've been really happy with the furniture we got a year ago so we decided to come back. She is very patient and knows the rooms in the store really well thus making our choosing much easier. She also keeps in touch as the furniture is in the process of being delivered and afterwards checking in how we were satisfied with the whole process.
AJ our salesperson was amazing from the minute we came into the store looking for our perfect couch. She was patient with us and delivered exceptional costumer service. Our leather sectional had a two weeks waiting time and she made it happen for us to receive it within 4 days, we needed additional item and she made the delivery happen within days, any other furniture store would’ve had us waiting for weeks for a couch. We have now purchased two furniture items from her and couldn’t be happier. She is amazing and anyone that falls in her hands will have a great experience
Over the past two months, I have had the pleasure of visiting multiple Eldorado locations, but my recent trip to Eldorado in Wellington was truly exceptional. I had the privilege of being assisted by Norma, who went above and beyond to help me select the perfect pieces of furniture for my home. Norma's guidance on pricing, style, and design was invaluable. Despite not intending to make a purchase that day, Norma's attentiveness and remarkable customer service left such a lasting impression that I ended up leaving with a purchase totaling over $4,000. I am incredibly grateful to Norma for providing me with such a delightful experience, and I genuinely wish that everyone in the industry could emulate her level of professionalism and dedication.
My wife and I decided after 10 years to clean, reorganize and refurnish most of the rooms in our home. We looked and visited multiple furniture stores across multiple locations. We even purchased and then canceled our orders. My wife convinced me we really need to look in El Dorado Furniture in Wellington, Florida. We walked in and couldn't believe our eyes. We fell in love with the beauty and quality of the furniture. Our salesperson Cris was amazing. She was both personable and professional. She helped us find the perfect furniture for our home. Compared to all the other furniture stores her service was extraordinary. Our home has been transformed because of Cris and El Dorado Furniture. El Dorado for us has the best furniture and customer service of all the furniture stores we visited in South Florida. Thank you my wife and I are very happy.
Besides selling quality furniture, El Dorado provides exceptional customer service. I purchased a beautiful dining room set & chandelier. The chandelier, which took several hours to install but well worth the time and money spent. After installation was complete I notice a gap within the chandelier frame. The function of the chandelier wasn’t an issue but the aesthetic look of the gap within the frame was an eyesore for me. The gap was wider than normal so I knew it was a minor manufacturer defect. I immediately contacted El Dorado and I had the great pleasure of working with Chandra from the Wellington store location. She listened and understood my concern and issue with the chandelier fixture. I provided a detailed explanation and pictures and she began working with her management team and contacting the vendor / manufacturer since this was a manufacturing issue. It took awhile to get feedback from the vendor but Chandra was consistently persistent and followed up through to very end. She was able to get approval for a complete exchange of the chandelier. Chandra dedication to provide 1st class customer service is an understatement… she exceeded the expectations most customer service professionals strive for. In my opinion besides providing quality furniture, El Dorado greatest assets it’s their employees. Having people like Chandra who’s willingness to help it’s customers and provide exceptional customer service it’s what make El Dorado Furniture the place to shop for your home & office furniture products.
