I have shopped at this El Dorado with the same salesperson Rita V. For 10 years! She helped us furnish 2 big homes. She is easy to contact and knows her stuff. She knows my style and always points us in the right direction. She keeps us informed on promotions. I love everything I have gotten. If there’s ever an issue one time the delivery guys broke an item she’s quick to remedy it! We will continue to only work with her. She’s amazing!
I wanted to give a shout out to Roger at the Coconut Creek location! I bought a piece of furniture from him today over the phone. I knew what I was buying because I was replacing an identical piece that I already had I'm not going to move with because the color is wrong. Roger bent over backwards and did a really great job working with me. He has patience. Anyone who works with me has to have patience Unlike most salespeople, Roger puts the customer first, before worrying about when he's going to get paid. He was really kind and extremely helpful. He knows his stuff and he follows up on everything. If you're going shopping in this particular location ask for him. You won't be disappointed. I'm not shilling for him. I've never met him before and I still haven't met him in person, although I will go in later this week and thank him. Read my reviews. I hate a lot of stuff. My reviews are always honest!
First time going to an El Dorado and I went to the coconut creek location. As a new homeowner I wanted to purchase a nice dining room table that fit the look I envisioned. My aunt and I were immediately greeted by Roger. I later went back on my own and completed transaction with Roger. Due to COvID of course there was lots of delay times for the delivery of my table. Roger however, remained to be pleasant, very communicative with text and kept me updated along the way. Every single time I texted a concern he responded in a timely manner and was willing to help till the end. Today my table was delivered and I couldn’t be any happier. If you are looking for a sales person that will stay in communication throughout your entire transaction, respectful and informative then ask for Roger. I have dealt with many different furniture places during COvID for new furniture places and I can tell you I have not had the same experience I had with Roger at el dorado.
I'm shopping for a new dining set. I have visited several stores, including El Dorado, which has beautiful wall art, area rugs, and accessories. Girlena, the sales associate, was very friendly and helpful, but I couldn't find anything I loved.
One of the better furniture stores in the area. Also they gave the largest selection of contemporary furniture. Very good and knowledgeable staff
Nestor Zuferri, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He assisted us in selecting the fabric and color for our sectional sofa. He also advised that there was an outside chance that the item could be available for delivery in a week’s time and to our surprise called to give us the good news that it was ready for immediate shipment. What a great experience and the sectional is as advertised! We’ll definitely be back when we need other furniture and we’ll be sure to look for Nestor!
I recently visited El Dorado and was greeted by Rossana when I walked in. She was a breath of fresh air. She was professional but friendly. She made the shopping experience pleasant and the process super easy. At no time did I feel rushed even when we ended up staying past the time that she was to leave. She was very knowledgeable about the product and inventory. She was there for me all the way through financing and scheduling to delivery. She was able to answer any questions that I had. It was a breeze. Even when closing the purchase there was a very pleasant young lady by the name of Colleen who was very helpful. She made sure I understood the promotion I received and what needed to be done moving forward to not lose the promotion. She was very nice and knowledgeable as well. I recommend shopping at El Dorado Coconut Creek and you will be even more satisfied if your shopping experience is with Rossana.
My wife and I have shopped most major furniture stores in S. Florida and we have found the quality and selection to be the best at El Dorado. Our most recent purchase was with Roger at their Coconut Creek location. Roger is quite knowledgeable and friendly as well.as being a no pressure representative. What we found refreshing was his constant communication with updates as to the status of our order. Now that our new furniture is in place we are looking forward to our next acquisition from El Dorado with Roger.
We just had a fantastic experience at El Dorado Furniture. We started at another furniture store and walking into El Dorado was an entirely different experience. Erik greeted us when we walked in. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and had answers to all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with our experience and our new couch.
All I can say is that I had the best sales person in the world... her name is Rosana she is so professor and extremely helpful. Carlos you as the person helping her to move the furniture here and there and he was super nice and very helpful too. They were willing to help. I love my furniture and will buy here for life. Highly recommended
