First time here, recommended by a friend, walk in one day then told to come in the next day early before 7:45am, that's when they open.. I brought my mother in law to be seen...we are here and still waiting...Doctor Mr.G never showed up...soo unprofessional, there's alot of people here waiting to be seen, complaining and asking constantly when and why hasn't he shown up. To be honest this is the worst experience ever. Waiting to be seen...waiting and waiting...wasting time is the worst..it's exhausting for everyone..if you don't want to be stuck here waiting to see a doctor that obviously doesn't care about his patients, why should anyone wait on him. I'm here with my mother in law cause I care for her and I have patience, but this will be the last she will ever come to this clinic. If I had the choice to chose a 0 star rating..I would. This place sucks.
Staff provided a warm welcome and we're helpful. Wait time was perfect. Mrs. Infante NP thank you for your prompt attention.
I want to know who funds this organization. My mother and sister are patients and today they were treated horrible! My mother sees a PA and when mother explains her symptoms, he says he doesn't know what to do because he is just a PA; that she needs to see a Dr. The nerve, so why is he collecting a check from grant money that some one asked for the purpose of assisting indigent county members....someone needs to be responsible for these individuals treating patients as they please. If working for low income families is not in their nature, they need to move on to what best suits them.
I waited in line since 7 ,got tested around 8:30 ish and the people I went with have already gotten there results one of which confirmed they had covid so I've been calling because I'm the only one who hasn't gotten results and no one has even answered the phone
Came to do the covid test and the security told me to wait at my vehicle and he will call me ... I was waiting for almost an 1hr and he let pass some other ppl , I ask him how long is gonna take to take me in.. he totally forgot about me... And told me that I can come back in 3hrs..
Excellent service, health workers were kind sweet and humble. Thank you so much keep up the good work.
Very friendly customer service. In and out in about 1 hour liked that they do bloodwork in office. No need to go out & look for somewhere to get that done.
Waited 4 hours, I did come in as a walk in but I noticed all patients were waiting. Some were getting upset including myself. Seemed to be very unorganized,overcrowded, and not well staffed.
Its free, quickly and they have to receive donations to do it free. If you have money to pay please give a donation to help
The Staff is great! But this time 2 hour waiting time! way too long ...
