Our focus is on general dentistry. We take patients ages 3 and up. We do various procedures, ranging from crowns to simple extractions. We offer free consultations and make patients our number one focus. We also participate with most PPO insurance plans. I love Dr. Banker, but her staff has gone downhill. The cleaning I recently received was the worst experience. The girl is new and had horrible bedside manners. She couldn’t take an X-ray to save her life. Her arms were all over my face to include she was extremely rough. She had water running down my cheeks and all over my face. Worse cleaning experience EVER. The staff in the front isn’t as friendly as the old staff used to be and personally, I believe there should be a standard of appearance. I felt like I walked into a smoke shop. Not a professional office appearance.
Such a great dentist and a wonderful staff that make you feel at home. Unlike my experience at two other dentists, who are all about their money and asking invasive questions with extra attitude to boot.
Very professional, the staff attends the clients in a very timely way and the doctor is very thorough. The first dental service in El Paso that I have been satisfied with, in 30 years.
Dr. Banker is amazing! I was so anxious and she was so gentle and caring. She took her time, did so much education, made sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions, and truly listened to my concerns. The front desk staff was awesome and I had no wait time. I will most definitely be going back to her for as long as I live here : she is an angel.
On time, quick, compassionate and gentle! The front staff is very friendly and always answers calls. The appointment turn around is fast. When I have to bring my children to my appointments, they’re quick to cater them. Great dentist! Would recommend!
I love visiting Doctor Bankers office because everybody is always courteous, kind, and on time. Every moment i am there i know i am in good hands. Not once have i ever had a bad experience. I have also never felt as though they have ever tried to upsell me or bring me in for anything i don't need. Best staff and Dentist i have ever dealt with. Thank you again, Jacob.
So I hadn’t been to a dentist in like 3 years and I had literally chipped both of my 2 front teeth and I was in urgent need of a filler so i found this dentist near me, which I have never been to so I called for availability and they were able to schedule me THE SAME DAY! Not to mention, the staff was INCREDIBLY nice and friendly. They also have really nice views in every room, they played good music, and it was very clean. I was in and out within an hour and a half and I am super satisfied with the work. Definitely recommend to any Military Spouses looking for a good dentist.
Dr Banker has a friendly and professional staff. We had practically no waiting time, and Dr Banker spoke to us personally after our cleanings. She gave both of us recommendations but there was absolutely no pressure to make another appointment. The staff was kind enough to give us an estimate of what the insurance company would pay so that we could plan accordingly. I absolutely recommend Dr Banker. She is very competent, reassuring and energetic.
First time checking out this clinic and I would give a 5 star rating for every aspect. The front desk staff was very friendly even when I initially called to make an appointment. Taken back right away for my appointment and dental assistant was awesome. Super helpful and eased my way through everything when I finally met the doctor she was jst as friendly as all the other staff. Pleased with the way they handled my teeth and the work they did. Definitely will be coming back and making this my permanent dental office.
I've been to Dr Banker's twice now over the course of about three months. Once for a cleaning and the second time I had two fillings and a crown done. I just have to say wow, I was honestly blown away by the genuine sweet nature and compassion of every single person in the office including Dr Banker. My very first time there at my cleaning, I had taken my two kids due to a change of plans hubby schedule changed even though my kids were fussy and needed me allot, my dental hygienist was incredibly accommodating I wish I could remember her name, she has short dark hair and was an absolute angel. Dr Banker was very warm and down to earth and recommended my treatment which I came back for this past week. I am a total baby with shots but Dr Banker and her assistant really made me feel comfortable and at ease and were patient with me, which for a late appointment on a Thursday was really appreciated! She didn't rush through my treatment and I felt she was very efficient and careful. Even though I had alot of work done that day, my gums weren't even sore that day or the following days. I feel great and I'm so grateful to the friend who recommended Dr Banker. A great dentist is no longer on my list of things to find for me and my family.
