I asked for no beans on my Chipotle  Avocado chicken burrito and because of this it was very small and when I bit into it I realized that it  Was mostly rice I think there was a total of 2 pieces of chicken and one slice of avocado.  I also had 3  Street tacos for my child and  Ask for no cilantro And there was so much on there. I don't know why no one listens when they take your order or the people making it never pay attention and look at it. I mean they charge a lot these days for fast food. As well as the workers getting a lot more salary. Without us purchasing the food they wouldn't be in business. Very disappointed again.

This might be the worst burrito I've had in a long time. Used to love El Pollo Loco for the grilled chicken and burritos but this location needs to learn how to fold a burrito so everything is distributed evenly.  All the cabbage was on one end and all the meat on the other.  Gee... thanks.Food: 2/5

Everything was stale and or dried out. The salsa was rotted. Haven't tried the salad yet but if it's gone off as well I'll be super unhappy. Got the family feast meal @Vacaville location approximately 5:30 pm, 6/5/23Food: 1/5

The 8 piece of fire grilled chicken for I believe it was 11$ pre-tax was a GREAT deal. The taste was perfect,.chicken was hot, steamy and moist. The flour tortillas were warm and tasted hand made honestly and the guacamole salsa was to die for. They honestly didn't need to give me 8 of the salsas but hey to each their own I got to take home 6 for the week. So cheers to that. Oh and might I mention it took no time as all to get served the food. My husband was already eating by the time I'd gotten out of the restroom.

SOS to the management  1 Clean the tables, they are dirty. Clients come and go and they are filthy with left overs and sticky stuff.  2. The men’s bathroom the urinal is disgusting and the paper towel machine doesn’t work.  3. Food is not always the same. Some times it is good. Sometimes it is not good. Please hire a professional kitchen staff that knows how to make your burritos.  4. Some music in the dining area would be good for clients and the working staff. It lifts the moods, it elevates you.

I usually love the chicken tortilla soup at other locations but here it was bland and under cooked and they had no lemon slices and couldn't make 60¢ in change. There was also very little chicken in the soup. It was more like bland vegetable soup. I ate it anyway, but I'm rather unimpressed. It's a franchise. The food flavor should be consistent at all locations.

Every few weeks I stop by here after work before going home. I’ve never had a problem with the staff as they are kind and have wonderful customer service. Until today, in which the assistant manager Victoria or Gabby from what I was told had no customer service. In the drive thru she kept rushing me and asking me to repeat the order multiple times. She had a lot of attitude, and a family member I was on the phone with noticed that as well.  After I paid and got the order, I noticed it was wrong and went inside to correct it. When I went to the cashier and told her, the asst. manager quickly walked to the counter and immediately came off rude. Telling me I ordered wrong despite me repeating the order many times. That I should look at the menu next time, and make sure I ordered right so this wouldn’t happen.  Again, I’ve come here a couple of times and never had this problem before.

I was quite surprised on how nice there family meal was. It had a little of everything to make my kids happy.  We had tortillas , Mac and cheese, rice and mash potatos with gravy.

Had the chicken  bacon Quesadilla, Chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar and pico de gallo salsa wrapped in a tortilla and grilled. Too much tortilla didn't get to taste the insides. The place is clean restrooms too and modern.

Overall the food was good, only real complaint was the Guacamole head large chunks half a Avocado in itFood: 3/5
