Offering friendly service and an inviting atmosphere, our restaurant has been the go-to destination for lunch and dinner. Looking for a great happy hour? Using only the freshest ingredients, El Rancho offers an extensive menu. A customer favorite is our Chimichanga which is a deep fried flour tortilla stuffed with chicken or beef and topped with cheese sauce. This amazing entree is served with rice and beans and garnished with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. This place is really good. The flautas and the house made guacamole I had were very tasty. Our waitress was new and we were a party of 9, so our service was a little slower. Nevertheless, this place seems pretty authentic. The staff are all Hispanics too. Only downside is they don't serve horchata!
Love the food here, great value for the price! I usually always get the carnitas cause they are my favourite. I particularly love the margaritas here as well! Always pretty busy at dinner times, great atmosphere. The service has always been friendly and helpful.
The food was wonderful and we were allowed to take something off the dish if it was something we didn't or couldn't eat. Our waiter was friendly and prompt with seating us, taking our orders, and serving our order as well as checking later that everything was ok. He seemed to enjoy his job and his being there not someone who had to be there or how soon before he could get off work. I definitely would go back again. By the way, the atmosphere was great and enjoyable also. I felt comfortable there and not rushed to get out of the restaurant.
First time I tried El Rancho it was okay. We liked the food and prices but it was nothing special and the interior of the restaurant left something to be desired. The service was not rude but not very helpful either but that was years ago. Recently my husband and I decided to give them another try and OMG am I happy we did. They have made some changes to everything. The food is phenomenal and the prices are well worth what you get. I do believe it is same menu just revamped food to be better prepared. The service is amazing, we have been back a couple times just in the last month and both food and service has been amazing each time. The biggest change is the interior. They now have very brightly painted scenes on the booth backs, chairs and tables. The configuration is much more appealing, and it just all around a better restaurant. The down side we have found is it is very noisy when they are busy but the food and service is so good it more than makes up for it. Also it is easy to avoid their busy times they usually have a good amount of customers but when they have space they don't pack them all into one area allowing for each table to not have to talk over the one next to it to have conversation, so I believe they are very aware of the noisiness while it is busy. So if you can't tolerate a maelstrom of conversation or just want to hear your date I highly recommend going here when they are not at full capacity which from what we have found is mostly Friday at the height of dinner rush.
Very clean and nice restaurant with a "Mexican" atmosphere, loved it. Good salsa and chips. We had a burrito with rice and enchiladas which we both enjoyed. Very good service. Would go back again and recommend to others. Debated between rating a 4 or 5. Went with a 4 because it's not our favorite salsa or ranchero sauce. But still very good.
Fajitas had good flavor but maybe a little more seasoning on them would be good. Portions are beyond generous, service is prompt and friendly. Chips & salsa are decent, too. Would definitely go back for other menu items
The staff is always very friendly and super fast. I love to get the steak fajitas for lunch. The only criticism I have is I feel the lunch fajitas need 1-2 more tortillas with them. Still overall a great place
Cheap prices. Cheap food. Weak margaritas. Good service and friendly staff. There were a couple bottles salsa sitting on the ledge by our booth by the window. Not sure how long they were there but they weren't from us. Kind of makes you wonder. We probably won't be back but that doesn't mean you won't like it. Give it a try what do you got to lose?
Food was not bad; however, the menus from which we ordered were gross. They had a greasy feel, crumbs inside, salsa smeared on several pages, and when it was brought to the attention of the waitress we were assured they were regularly cleaned. After which, the dirty menus were taken and placed back in the holder for the next customers. Don't think I'll return.
Pleasant atmosphere. Nice little bar. Authentic Mexican American food. I enjoyed it I'll go back I believe that you could have a party here or dining for two. If you're craving Mexican stop in enjoy!
