I have lived here over 15 years and have had no negative experiences. The management has always been very pleasant to me. Our neighborhood is the best with friendly, quiet and kind neighbors.

My grandma stays in her own mobile home in this park, and they are more than amazing for senior independent living. Private security is a plus, as well as the senior center where they can play cards and socialize. I am so greatful that my grandma is able to live here and thrive from the beautiful, positive, community. So so happy that senior places like this exist. My grandma loves her home and so do we! Beautiful grounds. Not a typical trailer park!
It is a nice senior park. It is very well kept. The grass and fruit trees are a nice fit. It looks like it's in pristine condition.
Owners need to hire better landscapers weeds everywhere. Areas where dumpsters kept are a disaster! Dirty garbage all over the ground and doors falling apart!!!!!!
Trimmed there tree's today. Tackled all the palms in one trip.
Always a pleasure visiting here when I can. Clean & community of neighbor's watch out for each other very friendly! Homes are very well taken care of.
El Rancho mobile home park for 55&older people nice clean beautiful trees and all the oranges you can eat when in season.they have a pool which is maintained crystal clear water
A very nice gated senior community. There are club activities in the club house, bingo some nights. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and grocery shopping. Home Depot is only a mile away. Banks are close by.
