I moved here late may Amy has been great fixed my air with no problem she is supper easy to talk to. I have never lived in a mobile home but she makes it supper easy. I hope she stays the manager, I find my self looking forward to buying it. She is great give Amy a raise she really does care.

Looks halfway kept up.Seems ok.Moved in with an already roach & spider problem.Horrible banging noises outside of trailer & a few more.Will ck back as weather gets nicer to see how timely maintenance is. New ck-in for July.Just got bug man here-took 6 months. Pool is closed more than open.Pool turned GREEN in middle of summer. STILL have not replaced the screen situation that was promised 6 months ago.Trash fee went up but was City issue. Over run with stray cats. WILL ck-in again.August is here & half way gone Pool is still closed. Was charged for bug man to spray; it was added to rent.Still no window screens. Given 24hr. notice to remove leather furniture off of porch & place all bicycles in storage shed. Remove card table from back door area.  And store all children's toys in shed. They even came in & took pictures. ANNOYING to say the least. Gave the reasoning that big people came in because one trailer burnt to the ground.So they had to enforce all codes. Well hell, if it's  CODE it should be enforced and should have been in force the whole time. Do your job people & give us a safe,fun,family environment we pay for. UPDATE October. Nothing changed except for screens.  Still have HUGE bug problem trying to conquer on own because manager will not answer text & is out of office.

Well after leaving messages for 2 weeks and not getting a call back I went ahead and just showed up at 3 this afternoon.   Wouldn't you know that damn office was closed!  After talking to a lady, who was also looking for management for her own issue, I decided to find somewhere else.  Not sure what's going on, but if the management is this hard to get ahold of how are y'all doing business?  Got my buddy a spot next to me.  Not fake, but whatever helps you sleep at night.

For the negative Nancy's. Maintenance took care of the trash that was left behind. Thank you for your concern.

Owner is a weirdo searched in fiances trash can to find mail and gossip to other family living in said lot and disclose information to them. Pretty sure that violates rights. Out of all the other problems from a soldiers perspective respecting rights is the biggest issue some americans forget renters have. Suggest studying into it. If you would like the names of the tenants before you try and claim slander comment will be edited and names will be discoled upon approval.

The manager is a super sweet lady. Now for the bad, the next door neighbor constantly blares music, I still have a parking corral taking up half my parking space which is irritating to say the least... honestly other than the manager being good which is rare I have nothing nice to say.

Big trailer park, seems to be a family oriented place. Great looking newer trailers there. Apears that they are firm on yard appeal and house up keep. Meet some of the park employees, very nice and friendly plus helpful. For the time i was there doing some repairs on one home owners trailer. who has a couple of house in the park.

This is one of the best rv parks around... Amy is super nice and a pleasure to speak with. Im very happy i found this place. It might look sketchy at first glance, but very nice and quiet. And free wifi is awesome too .

Too many stray cats running around the last two times I've been there.. Animal Control just drives right on by them.. Now if my dogs were out running around like all them cats.. Enough said..

Great manager. The park was layed out in a haphazard manner. Would not move here if i had seen the layout first. No fenced in yards so no one has a yard. Nice pool good maintenance
