We make a variety of mexican pastries from our nation wide known vanilla and chocolate conchas (conchitas), bolillos (french bread), cuernitos, elotitos, ojos, cheese pockets, chilindrinas, limas, cuernos de mantequilla, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cuernos de agua, bigotes, puerqitos, nuezes, semitas, semitas de trigo, jelly rolls and guallavas. Empanadas of; crema, calabaza, fresa, manzana, and piña. Everyone's favorite campechanas, tostados, chamucos and butter cookies, among so many other classical recipes that we hold dear to our hearts!
