Was there on Saturday for my son's graduation. Had very good experience there with nice staff and clean environment. They were very busy but very good time management and both working station and massage chair are very clean. Nails are done fabulously. Obsessed with nail color and shape. Will definitely return.

got my first set of acrylic nails here, loved it!! just be aware you have to make an appointment, but its as simple as calling and asking for available times! staff are incredibly kind and well mannered, the place is neat and tidy and the decorations are beautiful!
Felt very relaxed. Melain did my gel pedicure, Lili did my manicure. Very excellent experience and very relaxing. I wanted to sleep. Only thing is there was an extra $25 on top of the $60 for the pedicure, because I used gel. I was not expecting that. I choose the pedicure that gave a 20 minute massage because my legs needed it. It was a wonderful experience. I had a wonderful experience. Lili gave an excellent 2 minute massage on my back. I wanted more. I was sooooo relaxed. I couldn't ask for a better time. I do feel that $85 is too much for a gel pedicure, so next time I will be getting the cheapest pedicure $35, since I know the gel charge is $25 extra. I'm so relaxed, I almost fell asleep writing this review.
After seeing photos and reviews from Google I decided to give this place a shot with a specific nail look I found online. I was pleasantly surprised on how great of a job they did. They did great and I will definitely be going back to this place! I highly recommend this place
Fresh sns dip powder set done! You need to make an appointment first, but its just a phone call away! Excited to see how long they last. powder was relatively thin but very natural looking. --- Update Decided to give my nails a break so I came in for a soak off plus clear manicure today for just $15. I was in and out in just 30 minutes!

Terrible experience. This was my first time trying Elaine's. I went based off of so many good reviews. I was VERY clear about the shape of nail I was looking for - square - it's not hard, pretty much an original shape. I was getting the powder dip. I told the man at the front desk what I wanted because he took my previous dip color off and then I told the woman doing my nails. Well, they were round. I try really hard not to tell people how to do their jobs so when I finally said something, apparently it was too late. They wanted to dip my nails over the 3 coats they had already put on which I also did not want because I had previously specified I did not want them to be thick to both people as well. In my opinion, if you cannot get the shape right, there is no hope for anything else to go smooth. Less than a week later 3 of my nails started to lift from the dip powder. A week later 2 of my other nails got huge cracks in them - which ended up with chunks falling off a couple of days later. Not good at all & very frustrating for the money spent. I was also disappointed that they knew how dissatisfied I was and did not offer a discount on the service or anything - ESPECIALLY because I still tipped the woman a good amount because she had spent so much time. Clearly they do not know what they are doing and I will not be back.Service: Dip powder
I went there couple days ago! First time the job was such amazing, maybe bc another girl did it! So decided going back and the girl let me my nails so shorts, rounds and was so rude in my hands, while I was telling her I wanted really square…. So complicated to some salons understand what the costumer want! So disappointed I really believe I found my favorite place in my first visit
