10 years ago Dr. Meadows was over 200 pounds and wanted to make a change. Over the last 10 years Dr. Meadows has lost his excess weight and feels better and younger than he has ever felt before in his life. He has researched and studied the keys to what makes people healthier and feel younger everyday.
Dr. Meadows is constantly trying to improve the way he looks and feels and enjoys helping others do the same.
