Elavus CrossFit

I love training at Elavus! I was scared to start CrossFit but the coach and members at Elavus made me feel welcome from day 1. The one-on-one technique training requirements and the ongoing coaching will help you become a better athlete while also ensuring proper technique and safety! Elavus is one of the greatest things that has happened to me recently! DJ is such an awesome coach! He is encouraging and knowledgeable. I have been at this now for 9 months and I feel so much better about my body already. The people at Elavus are amazing! I have made so many new friends. It is so fun to workout with people who encourage you and are proud of you with every thing you do. I am not the strongest person but there is no one at Elavus who ever make you feel inferior. I love Elavus, Coach DJ, and every member at Elavus! If you want to be a member of the best gym around then Elavus is the place.

Elavus CrossFit is more than just our average CrossFit Gym. The coaches and athletes here have created an environment that is welcoming and fun! DJ, the owner, gives this place his all to make it the place people want to go to train because they know they will succeed here in whatever fitness goals they have. I began crossfit at Elavus a year ago. I must say it is one of the better decisions I’ve made. I’ve always been active in sports but after joining Elavus I realized just how important proper fitness is and how much more was there to learn. I should add that I will soon be 61 years old so don’t think your age is a factor. The coaches at this box knowledgeable and focused on proper movements. The work outs can always be scaled to meet you where you are physically while pushing you to be better. The group of athletes who will become your friends will welcome you with a fist-bump and an encouraging word.. We push each other. I have 3 grandkids I want to be able to play with, do things with as they grow up. Choose to be healthy, choose to stay fit, and then choose Elavus.

Elavus is an amazing place to train at! The community that the members have is one of a kind and the coaching and programming is top notch! If you've ever been on the fence about being able to do CrossFit go see them, they will erase any fears you might have. If you are in the area and just want to drop in, we love drop ins!

Great strength training classes. The individual attention to each person's needs during training can not be compared. DJ and the Elavus team are great.

I’m not very athletic, but DJ makes me feel like I can do it! Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging! Starting from the bottom when trying something new can be rather intimidating, and joining a CrossFit gym seemed kind of crazy to me. It’s only been a few weeks, and I’m so glad I took the plunge. Elavus makes me excited to show up for new WODs and to challenge myself.

DJ has been one of my coaches that I have had since I was introduced to CrossFit and is by far the coach that has brought me the farthest on my CrossFit journey and It has helped bring me success on the football field And I am forever great full for that. I highly recommend for anyone even just wanting to give CrossFit a try to do it at Elavus and you won’t be disappointed!

I was very intimidated at first to join CrossFit but coach DJ, as well as his staff and members have been so encouraging and motivating. I especially appreciate how DJ is very concerned that we do everything safely and using correct form. That is so important!! If you are looking for a CrossFit family, this is it!!!
