The Eldridge Police Department (EPD) officially the City of Eldridge Police Department. With 9 full-time officers, 2 part-time officers and 1 civilian staff member, it is the third-largest municipal police department in Scott County, after the Davenport Police Department and Bettendorf Police Department. The department serves an area of 9.48 square miles and a population of approximately 6,161 people according to the 2014 census.
