I love this place! While I don't sew any longer, I went in there to get a dress hemmed since the lady in the Pony Village mall is no longer there, and it ended up being cheaper than what she used to charge!!
I've had one Husquvarna sewing machine repaired and purchased two from Electric Hospital. I'm currently waiting for a hoop to arrive. They have machines in stock and the staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable . I would recommend them for your sewing needs.
Great place. Staff is super friendly and helpful
I just brought in a new Dirt Devil Endura Max which wasn't working properly, and appeared to have a missing part. Within one minute they realized it was assembled incorrectly, changed the orientation of the hose and now it works perfectly. The hose was mis-assembled at the factory. With a smile they said "no charge". They are the nicest people you would ever deal with !!
A little while back I took my Bernina cuz it wasn't working right and the lady wants to spend 20 minutes on it she had it fixed you know this time when I came in I brought in an older surger that I was never going to use and I gave it to him
I had my Mother of the Bride dress that needed to be altered so I took it to Maria there. Everyone was friendly and Maria did a great job on my dress, she had it done in a week. Great experience, will go back if i need something else done.
Just picked up my old Kenmore sewing machine from Electric Hospital in Coos bay and it's humming like a brand new machine. Smooth and silky stitches. Thank you so much for a wonderful tune-up. I will be back in a year or sooner. Do not hesitate to have them care for your machines. You will love the results
This place is beyond awesome! Im a beginner quilter and feel lucky to have found a place with so many new & used sewing machines and tools and experts who love to share their vast knowledge . So helpful.
Apparently, since the second name of this God forsaken place is hospital, they are so unaware of current anything! Posted on the outside door, You must wear a mask to enter. And a worker was not wearing a mask. And there listed to scan codes for returned packages. Don't know how, no clue. Stay away. DON'T go there!
These are the nicest people! I just started a quilt and my sewing machine was acting up and the bobbin winding mechanism stopped! So I brought my machine to work and I was going to stop on my way home from working in Powers to the Electric Hospital. I was talking to my husband on my way back to Coos Bay and realized that I didn't have enough time to get there. He called and explained my delimma to Joe who said he would wait for me. I greeted happily and Joe took excellent care of me. The have a lifelong customer in me!!! Thanks Joe!!!
