They took their time and took care of our every need. Well designed and has a dedicated receptionist that greets you and gets you signed in for the services needed. I can't express how lovely a time I had at Elegant Beauty Salon & Spa! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.

The best salon I’ve ever been to. I enjoy the experience every time I go. Everyone is so sweet and they are reasonable! It is the perfect one stop shop! My daughters and I love Kimberly. I have had color correction done and now my hair is perfect!

I made appointment with lady at front desk forgot her name. She is possibly the owner. When I went to appointment I set in chair for 45 min without anyone working on my hair. Then finally Tiffany came. She did my color and washed hair. She asked me if I wanted a trim. I told her I wanted a trim but just a little bit off and showed her. And to my surprise when she turned me around I was missing at least 5” of my hair. WTH. I didn’t ask for a haircut and I showed her how much. I had super long hair to my waist and now it’s maybe 2” from my shoulders. I have never had short hair. I can’t even wear it up. I called and spoke with that same person at the front desk and she tried to tell me Tiffany asked before she cut it if that much was ok. That is a lie That lady was nowhere around when my hair was cut so how would she know? That is a lie. Tiffany never asked if what she was cutting was ok. I am not ok with this at all. This shop should be held responsible for this. I was t even offered any money back. All I got was sorry about that. Sorry? That’s it. I paid almost 200.00 and that’s what I get?Service: Hairstyling

Needless to say, I got it all! I came to this place because it had relatively good reviews and low prices, which fooled me. The service was great don’t get me wrong, they are really nice but these are the worst nails I have gotten ever. They were crooked, thick and uneven. What bothered me most was how they didn’t connect the nail polish to the end of the nail. This makes the nails look grown out faster. All I’m gonna say is if you get your nails done regularly and try to save money go somewhere else

Elegant Beauty can be considered the best in town I've gotten SNS, Gel Polish full set and pedi My tech was very friendly and professional, pricing is inline with most other salon I have been to. I had a wonderful experience today. The salon has a diverse range of clients, which speaks to their ability to cater to different preferences.

I'm new to Orange county and I wanted to find a place that's reasonably priced for a haircut. Then, I found Elegant Beauty Salon and Spa in May for a haircut Thank you Wendy !. After awhile, I wanted to lighten my hair and go back to full blonde. I called and requested a quote after looking around in my area $200+ for the length of my hair and Kimberly gave me a quote for $160- I immediately booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Today, I went in and after consulting with Kimberly, we ended up getting a balayage for my hair and instead of getting an A-line Bob what i normally get, she added layers to my hair. And OMG, I look like a completely different person in a good way ! My hair turned out beautifully and I feel more confident! I even got a mani-pedi add on while I waited for my hair ! Thank you Carol!! This place is amazing. I love the vibe, everyone is so nice ! and Kimberly is the best ! She even gave me advice on how to style my hair when I'm at home so I can imitate what they did today. I love this place, everything is decently priced and affordable ! I will DEFINITELY come back here all the time til i move out of OC if that ever happens. Elegant Beauty Salon & Spa has officially gained a loyal customer.
