Curtis and Karen are great to work with!!! They assisted my fiance and me in buying my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band. Curtis and Karen always remember us when we come in which make us feel special. You do not get that with many of the large chain stores around. They have always been extremely helpful when we come in the store and have been promt in contacting us when our items arrive. Also, the diamond I got from them is BEAUTIFUL!!! After 30 years of marriage I decided to change my wedding and engagement rings. I had no idea what I wanted. Curtis was a great listener. He offered some options and shared some custom designs. With his patience and guidance leading us, we chose a fabulous ring. He gave us a fair price for trading in my rings too. I never imagined that I’d have such a beautiful ring so fast. I went to Curtis to find an engagement ring for my now wife. I walked in knowing only a little about jewelry. He showed me a ton of different styles and stones they offered, and I finally settled on a band that was very unique and literally no one else in the whole Nashville area had anything like it. While searching for an engagement ring, my future step-daughter and I went to most of the stores in Middle TN and were disappointed at their substandard pieces and heavy handed sales approach. The customer experience at Elegant Diamonds was much different and was in a league of it's own. Curtis and his staff were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Karen and Curtis are fantastic. I wanted a custom wedding set and needed it in a hurry. They did a great job of keeping us updated along the entire way. My ring turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The price was beyond more affordable than I had expected and they even worked to do a trade in on an old wedding set that I had. My husbands ring that he was sized for ended up being way too big for him. They re sized him and allowed him to wear the too large ring while we waited for the other one to come in which was quick. I would also like to thank Curtis for doing an on the spot appraisal the day before Valentines day! And their puppies are adorable!

They even went so far as to taking notes when I casually brought her into the store and captured things she liked as well as ring size, all without giving away that I was actually looking to buy.
