Elements Casino Grand River

09/2023 - If you like slot machines, this is a good place, though no tables. Pretty good Deli style restaurant in the casino not overly expensive but not cheap either serving hot fare up to about 10pm and then cold like sandwiches and desserts, with free coffee and soft drinks while in the casino. Can be noisy when it is busy, like most casinos.

I have never been so disappointed with a casino. The atmosphere is low. Staff attitude is low. Casino is half empty. There’s absolutely no fun. I think it’s best that they close the door and spare the slow stealing of the seniors. What you’re doing is e legal. When you walk in the door it’s depressing from the beginning. Even the staff standing around the entrance of the gaming floor has a miserable face. It’s obvious nobody likes their job. OMG. The time has come to close this place up. This is my observation. I been coming here since the early 90,s. We always had a blast, the staff was smiling and a whole different vibe was felt. You don’t win every time but with such a negative appearance it’s just wrong!! I might be wrong but I don’t even think the regular spenders are even going or staying. I see people irate at the atm machines because they are cut off. The food being served is by far low like the attitude. Hair hanging, sloppy, and same miserable face. Servers are miserable except for Dianna. Can you tell me why all these workers are so miserable and exhuming a very negative attitude? I welcome your feedback. Linda Quarrie

Elements has the best selections of slot machines. A friendly atmosphere to boot. And having the horse track right there is a real bonus. Who doesn't like harness racing

This was my first visit to Elements Grand River. The customer service provided by the employees was really friendly and attentive. The establishment and machines were clean and there was a good variety of new slots. We were able to win a few small jackpots and leave with more money in our pockets than what we arrived with. We didn’t get a chance to try the food, but we will the next time. I will definitely return in the near future and update my experience.

I had money walking in, I had less money walking out. However, I had a fun time loosing the money, so in the end... it was worth it, I guess. "Entertainment", now had I left with more money it would have been a better experience, or even more bonus games on the slots. Nice little Casino though.

The casino itself is small and the machines are too close to each other. The restaurant has been fairly disappointing ever since they switched to Elements. They have nightly specials but to focus on the specials they minimize the menu. This leaves you with few options. We used to enjoy the restaurants at the casino. Our server was good. We left her with her year ahead horoscope.

The Elements Casino Grand is a large casino with slot machines only. There are no poker tables or roulette tables. The slot machines starts from 1c but the minimum bet will be far higher usually 38c. There are also 25c machines. There is a restaurant inside next to the main entrance the casino which serves fair cuisine Canadian style.

There are many slot machines and one roulette tablewith 8 seats. I went to this casino twice, the pay out was very less for me. Compared to other casinos, the service needs to improved. This casinos is less lively. I saw the machines are sanitized in certain intervals. The washrooms are clean. I went there twice on Sunday’s, there were only less people.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised how well layed out the casino was. It is smaller then others, but a lot of machines, good machines are in there. We had a meal while we were there. It was super delicious.

For a smaller casino it is clean and a good selection of slot machines. It wasnt paying much today in my estimation. Would I go back,maybe however after three times I've gone I havent done well compared to other casinos I've played at on the slot machines.
