Elephant Car Wash

My daily commuter was in dire need of a wash and vacuum, so today I took it in for my first full service wash here. I was expecting an exterior clean, vacuum, door jam clean, and hand dry. When one of the employees there noticed my car wasn't as clean as it could be, he took it back for a second run through and gave it his personal attention. So I got the full service wash, and what felt like a mini detail; other places would've needed an appointment to get this level of service. Just try to avoid the $47 car wash package because honestly this doesn’t makes any sense. It’s supposed to include three layers of ceramic walks, and a professional, cleaning exterior and interior . I paid $47 but my F150 pick up truck looks like drove in the rain for 30 minutes. Brown Bear car wash it’s still the best for me in quality and price

Had a wonderful time washing my car.. if you like the person that cleans your car u can request for that person and they will take you on a there personal client. So you will only have that one person clean your car to me that's perfect

Buyer Beware! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!! Pink Elephant destroyed my car's roof and above door body. . They scratched the side skirts when loading me into the car wash. I had two body shops verify that the damage could have only been caused by their car wash. I went in to confront the manager and they told me that they were not responsible. This is the only place my car has ever been washed. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS, NOT TO BE TRUSTED. My insurance is in the process of trying to hold these slippery guys accountable.

This place is run by a bunch of stoners that couldn’t care less. The people that actually work are doing great but there is zero customer service at the start. It’s been “cash only” the last two times I’ve come, with no indication until it’s too late. If there was any option nearby I would never bother coming here.

I saw many comments says they will damage the car! It’s true! my car has a lot of scratches after car wash!!

We took our truck in to get it extra clean to trade it in. These guys worked extra hard and did such a great job cleaning our construction work dirty level truck. We got offered 600 more on our trade. Great work guys Services: Auto detailing

One of the best car washes near Seattle. They have pretty reasonable subscription services for car washes for basic it's 24.99 a month or 11.99 per wash. Staff seemed helpful.

Worse car wash service I ever had. Total waste of money. I took the platinum wash 44$ that includes the interior cleaning. Dust on the easily accessible areas itself was not cleaned so forget about the areas that are not easily accessible. The person who took care of the interior and exterior cleaning that’s included in the package also didn’t cleaned the car properly. The associate responded that it’s not their responsibility to clean the outside areas when asked regarding the dust that can be easily seen at multiple exterior spots though it’s included in the package. Only thing that impressed me is the vacuum that I can easily get anywhere for around 5$ that I can do myself. I would recommend to stay away from this place and save your money.

Soap was left over the windows and side mirrors. Will not be back. I tried before the remodel and didnt have a gooe experience either After parking when i get home i had noticed multiple spots that the new brushes had scratched my car. It had also bent my front license plate. I dont understand how something like this happens. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I will be contacting a manager asap as i had already called and left a message
