DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Tod and Karen are just "brokers" for multiple lenders. They are usually unable to get anything approved and when they are able to get something approved its for a very unreasonable amount. Today after having a conversation with one of the employees the following happened. There was harsh and incompetent language involved. As a dealer for this lending agency I was treated unfairly and denied business. Here is the background story: Our BBB account for my company is currently undergoing updates and reviews. Due to not having a BBB rating we were denied business. After explaining this to the lender he was rude, and very unprofessional, only to find that the business itself isn't BBB accredited. This is just down right dirty, nasty and unprofessional. The foul language used by the employee and the harshness of his tone and actions towards me and my company are UN-excusable and unprofessional. Please read all reviews and take this into consideration. Keep in mind that playing games with your businesses funding is never a good idea and keep in mind that if for some sad petulant reason he wants to withhold funding or doing business then you need to consider how you want to be treated and if you want to do business with Eles.
