I have been coming to this salon for the past 4 years and for the last 2 Norma has been my FAVORITE AND PROFESSIONAL nail lady. She does take her time but your nails will look fabulous and well DONE. she is very friendly and always have a positive attitude towards her clients. If you decide to come and try this place don't doubt to ask for Norma to do your nails.. over 20 years of experience.. Thank you Norma
Love this place. They offer all in one nails face/body treatments and hair. My fave appointment of the week. Music is great not to loud like most places around this area. Always good deals in every service. And Customer service is on point.
Beautiful salon! it is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly. They have a wide selection of polish. The price is reasonable due to the relaxing spa ambiance. It's hard to find a good quality nail salon in the area.
I am visiting the Area which I told them. First mistake. Though the nail tech who did my pedicure was very sweet. I also asked for a haircut service. My partner received a pedicure and a facial as well. The price at the end of the visit was more than I was quoted over the phone. As a salon owner myself, I am disappointed with the services provided and the customer service itself. If you’re going for a pedicure I don’t think you will be disappointed but any other service I would not recommend the salon.
Alba has been my nail tech for over 10 years. She consistently does an excellent job with my nails. Eli's salon is top notch. All services offered. The salon is clean, well lit and the service is outstanding. Appointments are confirmed electronically via text messages. Equipment is all state of the art, well kept.
Norma is the best nail esthetician. Her pedicures are THE BEST. I drive from a different county for regular appointments. The location is very clean and the decor is modern. You are also greeted kindly and are provided with hot or cold tea or water to stay hydrated.
I’ve been here about 3 times. All to do acrylics. The first time, nothing like I wanted too coffin shaped. I went the second time and it was a new lady and it came out much much better. I went yesterday hoping to do my nails again with her again, but turns out she doesn’t work there anymore, so I decided to give this salon another shot. I made the appointment for 4pm, and I was there at 3:55. At 4:30, that’s when they started. The lady that did my nails looked as if it was her first time doing acrylics, but I’m not confrontational or anything, so I kept quiet. I showed her a picture of what I wanted coffin shaped once again, and it looks NOTHING like what I showed her. It looks crooked, it looks round, it doesn’t not look like I payed $45 for. It looks extremely badly done. But I guess that’s also because the lady who was doing my nails was in such a hurry because she had another client at 5:30. Extremely disappointed.
Norma was awesome ! She is friendly, easy to talk to and all around nice ! It was my first time here I was in the area and a bit hesitant to cheat on my regular nail salon . I got a manicure and pedicure . It was was great ! Fast ,easy, and painless . Will definitely come back !
The place is very nice unfortunately I had to wait 30 minutes for the manicure lady. Once she arrived there was no apologies. The manicure and pedicure was not what I expected. No lotion placed on the hand....Services: Manicure
