Elias Shoes

This is a great shoe store. They really know their shoes and have excellent customer service. My podiatrist referred me here when I needed better shoes. They helped me find the right brand, style, and fit for my feet. I bought a pair of tennis shoes and a pair of sandals. I copied what they helped me find by ordering subsequent pairs online. The last pair of tennis shoes I ordered seemed to be wearing out very quickly so I returned today for a new recommendation. I found a new brand of tennis shoes and got a great pair of boots I will put to good use in Montana this Christmas.

Old-fashioned excellence in customer service quality by its owner. We never felt pressured, we were warmly welcomed, we were able to ask questions that were gladly answered by the shop owner. The personalized service made us feel very special. Selections are very big. We found the store we will be patronizing for all our shoes and bags shopping needs.

Great selection of shoes especially for hard to fit sizes. The sales person was very helpful and spent as much time as we needed to select shoes for my wife and myself. I spent more than I normally do for shoes but the quality, fit and service was much appreciated. Since I tend to be a frugal shopper, I came home and price shopped online and the price I paid at Elias was the same at the price listed at Zappos. So great service doesn't have to cost more.

This is the most caring and helpful shoe store I have ever been to. I love supporting this family. They’re an amazing team. They have so much knowledge about Feet and the shoes that they carry. Finally found the best shoe store ever. My New balances provide the maximum support that I need. Prices were on point, so I felt comfortable that I was getting the best price. But the selection is amazing and the staff is 100% attentive. When I walked in, I had a representative come up to me right away and stayed with me the entire time. She selected the shoes based on my needs, and I didn’t even have to look around. It was exactly what I was hoping for.

Yes! I found shoes within 5 minutes of walking into the place for the first time! Perfect for my daughters wedding. Great customer service. I wear a 8 1/2 wide. Thankfully someone on Temecula Talk on FB shared this location. We had a fantastic experience. I brought my dad to find some good quality shoes. Our saleswoman was patient as she as sweet as can be to my dad, helped him get fitted with shoes he loves. We will definitely be returning - I’ve already recommended this place to a few people.
