ELIMU brings cultural awareness to the next generation in the form of fashion. We live in a period where our past has become unimportant; however, we are starting to become more self-conscious about our individual history. ELIMU Apparel was created in order to teach individuals about their culture in a way where they would be inspired to talk about it and others will be rewarded to learn. ELIMU gives a voice to the history that came before us and pays homage to those individuals and/or those significant events that have shaped our history.
ELIMU clothing will tell the past in present time with updated fashion designed for new age youth. Each article of clothing will be cultural specific and designed to hit all areas of the world. From African American to Native American, from Asian American to Filipino American, Polish American to Irish American and the list goes on. If there is a story of a culture that needs to be told, ELIMU wants to help tell it. There will be no culture forgotten in ELIMU Apparel.
