This is the only hair store in Atlanta I go to. It’s 20 minutes from me - but their selection is the best I’ve ever seen in Atlanta. It’s my 2nd favorite hair store of all time.
We brought a closure from here where they said it was their best. I made sure to buy the most expensive brand. The closure was horrible. The hair was falling out after one week! The Owner was rude and refuse to return it as it was obivious defective. Don't stop here, they do not provide good customer service. date: The response from the store is a flat out lie. I spoke with Eric at the time and was told, “This is one of our top brands and the closure should not have done this”. I responded, that is exactly my point. I had my receipt to prove the short time span and explained the Stylist even remarked it was not good quality. Eric was rude and did not even offer a store credit even though the piece was clearly defective. It was the first and last time we ever brought a closure. The person who responded to this reveiew is flat out lying. They were aware. If you notice, when the get a bad review another review is posted with 5 stars. They don’t want people to know they have bad customer service .
I loved it! The drive up was so worth it! I thought that maybe it was a joke about the prices but no way!!! When I got there it was real, I bought 2 packs of the 3 pack bundles that they had for sale for around 20 bucks altogether for each of those packs I love it I will definitely go back I saw a lot of lace wigs they are starting at $50 beautiful colors they had everything the store is so big they were so nice and helped you out and I even got a great gift bag for being a first time customer that drove up I will definitely go back again!
The drive down was definitely worth it!! I bout 2, 3pack virgin Bundles for about 14.99!!! And a closure was 19.99!! They have a huge store with so many choices! I saw lace wigs beautiful colors starting at 49 bucks! I'm definitely going back and I encourage you to go see for yourself and leave with a huge smile!!! Also I got a lovely gift bag

Will return to this location for hair and products, very organized and China was very knowledgeable about the wigs and braided hair. The front cashiers were nice and friendly as well.

I visited Elite Beauty for the first time in June 2021 and was really impressed with their quality inventory, they have everything for your hair plus more!! The sales lady was knowledgeable, nice and helped me so much my entire time there. So the real quality is in their customer service, in store and online. Both experiences were fantastic!!! They went out of their way to send my order per fast and I wrote this review to show my appreciation!! Thank you!
Excellent customer service, Always greeted when walking in the store . Associates are always on standby in need of assistance. The owners are nice and knowledgeable about products as well. The bundle deals and wigs are AMAZING. This store never disappoints the inventory is always stocked and up to date . 10/10 recommend over any store in the smyrna area.
