Elite Car Rental

I was fortunate in that the dealership provided a loaner/car rental while my car was in the shop for service, however they may need to change companies since Elite Car Rental does not seem to care too much about their cars. I was loaned a Toyota Camry. It looked nice and seemed new because it had low mileage, HOWEVER, when I stepped inside, it STUNK. At that point, the salesman had already left the parking lot, so I went ahead and drove off. I wasn't spending my own money on it, and it was a very short car "rental," so I toughed it out, but the smell kept nagging at me. I finally figured it out, it had to have been dog or cat urine. I had to drive with the windows down, unless I was on the interstate. Not even the AC would help with the smell. Luckily, my car was ready the same day and I was glad because having to deal with that smell for any longer would have been torture. If and when I need to rent a car in the future, I will NOT be calling Elite Car Rental. Yikes. Their staff need to vet the cars before they hand them off to customers.

Well what can I say about their cars? They are amazingly good! The car that we had which was a Hyundai Elantra 2023 oh that baby was nice! When I say nice that little Sports looking car amazing loved it! So cool news I give them five stars because the car was really good and I didn't even rent the car for now Land Rover did it for me it was a longer for me! Great job Elite rentals.

Absolutely horrible Customer Service & Vehicle/Truck we had the pleasure of speaking with Christina or Christine who is the Manager. Unfortunately my issues derived from squeaking breaks on the truck that should have been serviced prior to renting out as a replacement for my Silverado. In addition to being contacted today about $30 fee for gasoline when I know that I put gas in the truck before coming back to the establishment and dropping the truck off. It is unethical unprofessional and very unpleasant to have dealt with the lady on the other end today and being a manager she does not know how to converse properly or professionally. I recorded the entire conversation today. I would like to mention as well as the truck was dirty when I received it. I took pictures of before and after for my own proof and would like them to be honest a quarter of a tank is not $30 it is no way close may i pray God be with these people as they are wrong and you shall reap what you sow it is bad business practices and also taking advantage of clients this means also they do not want repeat customers nor do they care about the safety of their customers. So unfortunate please think twice before renting cover yourself if you don't have any other options and beware of the possibilities sure to come!

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Had the displeasure of renting a van from them when my car needed service at CarMax. Turned their vehicle in and picked my vehicle up once service was done. Next day they try to charge my card 4 different times for 3 different amounts. When I called to find out why I spoke to Bob who is supposed to be the GM. He talked down to me the entire call and essentially called me a liar because I told him I was not made aware that the vehicle had to be returned with the exact amount of gas which I received it in. He told me it also stated this on the paperwork. It does not. I asked him to pinpoint where on the paperwork it states that I must which he could not do. He pointed out where it stated how much fuel was in the vehicle when I received it. However this doesn't tell me I have to return it with that much fuel. He then threatened to put the $30 on my credit and I was also threatened to not be able to get another rental with CarMax. I have since spoken to the great staff and management of CarMax who are going to be handling this issue.
