Elite Energetics was formed to relieve stress, muscular issues, address trauma, and help people understand what is going on and ways to address it.
My goal is help each of my clients reach the level of wellness they desire by using quality bodywork such as massage, energy work, essential oils, sound, and prayer. I believe in building lasting relationships. I want to work with my clients to reduce muscle soreness, increase performance and range of motion, reduce stress, and balance their mind/body/spirit. It is my faith in the ability of every soul to re-energize naturally.
