I’ve been coming to Elite for 6 years. I love it so much! I’ve had pretty much every facial, body scrubs, and even laser hair removal. I have the gold membership currently and it’s a perfect relaxing day once a month. My go to girls are Sylwia and Kacie! I would always recommend Elite to anyone looking for a spa.

I’ve been coming to Elite since April and have been coming monthly. My go to girls are Kassandra & Kacie. You’re in good hands with these amazing women! They take the time to educate you on each step & product. They really do spoil you during your appointment! My FAVORITE spa ever!

Elite Laser and Skin Spa is my new favorite place! They have many treatments to choose from and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always have specials going on too. You should give them a try!

I love this place! I always go to Allison and she is the absolute best. My eyebrows look amazing when I leave and when I get the occasional facial my skin is glowing. Allison is so sweet, if you decide to book here I recommend requesting her!

I just want to share how Amazing my Aesthetician is at Elite Laser& skin spa. Vanessa is above & beyond! Her personality, memory of my concerns and treatments is Astounding! I tend to not share because then she’ll get overly booked. Vanessa shows every time how much she cares for my/your concerns. We have great conversation every time and I’m so thankful! This place is AMAZING !! From the moment you walk in they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Front desk staff very professional and attentive. I had a few services done and Ashley was so amazing, knowledgeable and professional and knows exactly what you need. She listens and is attentive to your skins needs . Highly recommend

Got “Botox” their version two weeks ago, and although the tech was wonderful and over qualified, she made my forehead look like I’m surprised by everything. That’s it. Wrinkles didn’t fade my eyebrows are just so surprised even when I’m not. Would never pay 400 bucks to be surprised. Follow up: I contacted Elite and explained them I paid 400 to have this procedure done and that it did not work. They basically told me everyone metabolizes differently and I should have injected MORE than 37 units…... I would avoid this place. Venus Mrs Spa at Woodfield had me do less injections and it lasted 11 plus months!!!!!!!! I tried to stay local. This is truly disappointing, especially the customer service and management.

Elite is the only place I have trusted to do my laser hair removal! I have middle eastern hair that has a mind of its own but everything we zapped is pretty much gone! I just go in for touch ups as needed - barely ever. Deanna is the best!! Every session with her is like a therapeutic comedy act but in the most professional way. It’s such a great distraction to what’s being done to your body! Haha! The staff is always so warm and welcoming... you can tell they love working there! I had an amazing facial here as well and I really enjoy the airbrush tan during the colder months! Keep an eye out for their great promos!!

I had such an incredible relaxing facial with Lisa K that left my skin feeling really hydrating! Lisa knew exactly what she was doing and was able to answer any questions I had, which was super helpful. I also really enjoyed the massage, it was very relaxing. I highly recommend going to Lisa, she will make it a wonderful experience!
