I Will come back here again. The cars are super clean run perfect! Faith helped me book my reservation and set me up once i arrived very polite. We were able to drive down to red rock and explore vegas. Best experience
We rented 2 slingshots. Received the best customer service and customer care from Faith. She went way above and beyond what we expected. Definitely not used to this type of customer service these days. Our experience was great and we really enjoyed our ride to the Red Rock Canyon and the Hoover Dam. I 100% recommend this company.
I rented two Slingshots for 4 hours and we rode to Red Rock Canyon. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it if you are visiting Las Vegas! We will definitely rent from them again when we come back to Vegas!
This is the first time that we rented one and we finally did it! This place was flawless from start to finish. Great customer service and great experience! Sorry I didn’t grab the name today but she made the process simple. The vehicle did its job and we had a great time. We will be back and this is the place to go.
Fantastic experience! Our reservation was waiting for us when we arrived and was on the road for our day of fun and adventure in minutes. Faith took great care of us. Renting a Slingshot is the most amazing fun and Elite is the ONLY place to rent! Absolutely we will be back!!!
Book rental May 3rd and received a confirmation e-mail. Arrived at appointment time and told by Faith that there wasn’t a reservation and there was a appointment conflict. After presenting our confirmation e-mail, Faith called the other party canceled on their voicemail. There is only one Slingshot. It was dirty after Faith tells us it was just cleaned. It’s a 2016. The engine light and ABS light is on. The buttons are worn out so we didn’t know what button functions were. Faith never accepted accountability. She was very nonchalant and provided very poor Customer service. She didn’t offer a solution but was quick to offer a refund. What happen to making things right and doing what’s right! Lucky for us, we meet a very kind couple who had one and shared their experience and location for their rental. Newer slingshots, clean, and awesome service. You’ve been warned!!! Don’t book this location. Do your research and read reviews. Royalty Exotic Cars. Bigger selection. No engine or ABS lights on. Location is not far from this garbage.
My wife and I took a trip to Vegas and our agenda had a day or two that was open. We bee-bopped around town a bit, found a great coffee shop, and while relaxing there kept eyeballing the Slingshots in the lot. Normally I'm not one to poke at off the cuff ideas in the moment but we struck up conversation, got a quick layout of the process, and before we knew it were scheduled for a four hour rental. We took the Slingshot to Red Rock Canyon and had a fantastic time. The four hour block was a healthy amount of time for us to enjoy the canyon before our evening plans without feeling rushed. The process was pretty straightforward and really didn't have any snags along the way. We took a GoPro with us and got some outstanding shots as we made our way through the canyon. What started as a bit of a ho-hum low key day ended up being one of the major highlights of our trip. Overall very happy with the experience -- the customer service, the pretty smooth process, the interest asked of us when we arrived back as to whether we had a good time... it was solid. Well done! The only downside to this entire experience is I now sorta-kinda want one of these Slingshots in my garage back home. Chances are I'll be back to Vegas before I can make owning one a reality, and should that be the case, I'll certainly be back for a round two. :

Great customer service!! Clean well maintained vehicles and we picked a great day to rent. Took our Slingshot out to Red Rock Canyon and then back later to cruise the Vegas strip. I will definitely rent one again the next time I'm in Vegas!!!
