I know I don't have to stress how hard it is finding a shop where comfort, skill, and amazing customer service are all alive and well. I am over having to backflip, do a split, bleach my knees, click my heels three times,  following a million and one rules just to get a decently priced and gorgeous full set. I decided to try Lavish because it's like 10 minutes from my barber shop and baby when I say I was sucked into a vortex when I walked through the door. I was taken care of immediately. When Allen proceeded to remove my tips, I was terrified. I told him I wanted them soaked off. He had a technique using a nail to lift a nail that was harmless. In those 5 minutes, he healed a past traumatic situation where this woman took clippers and tried snatching my nails off.  We had an awesome conversation as he moved gracefully from nail to nail. At one point, he was concerned about having to get his children from school since there was a tornado watch in the area. I was willing to just get one color painted by another stylist and get a design on my next visit but he insisted that it was fine and that his family was taken care of.  I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, the attentiveness, the special skill, the pricing, the quality of work, and the overall experience. I can't wait to get my birthday set!

I’ve been coming to Lavish when it was still Elite. B and Kristina have transformed the salon until such a calm and welcoming environment. They are so sweet and treat you like you’re family the moment you step in the door. They also have such great discounts and have top notch technicians! I always leave with such great looking nails.

We have used Lavish Nail Lounge a couple of times but last week was not good.  The toe polish was not settling on the nails properly and had to be repainted 2x during same visit and we had to go back for a follow up repaint as the problem continued.  The staff did not seem happy about the follow up repair even though they offer a 7 day guarantee and we called shortly after the initial appointment to let them know the problem.  We had 2 pedicures for $125 in total and this should be a simple request the staff is willing to want to accomodate and understand it is an inconvenience for us, as well.Service:&nbsp;Nail painting

I was a first time client for a pedicure. It was a recommendation. I felt like I was the only client in the room. They are very attentive upon entrance and until exit. They have several options for services. They offer beverages and ensure their clients are well taken care of and pleased with their service. I will definitely book again.

I don't normally spend time or even have enough time for self care treatment we all need, such as getting pedi's, mani's, or just polishing my nails. However, I have visited Lavish Nail Lounge twice, and when I tell you, from start to finish, you will receive the FIVE STAR treatment. My Nail Tech was Ivy and she is phenomenal. She took great care of me, making sure the polish colors were good choices for me. Also as she was finishing my dip, a thought occurred to me to have a design. Ivy and I talked about it, I showed her some pictures and without hesitation she picked out colors for the design and was very patient and methodical in her technique. This was for a very special occasion and she and her crew stayed past closing to demonstrate their "lavish" customer service. Thank you Ivy! I'm scheduling my next appointment.

This was my first time at Lavish Nail Lounge.  Allen did my nails and he was great.  He was easy to talk to and pleasant.  He did a fantastic job on my nails.  On the other hand, Jenny did my toes and she was not pleasing at all.  As a matter of fact, she was quite rude.  I definitely will return for Allen to do my nails but Jenny, I don’t want you providing any service to me.  I pay for service, not rudeness.  Initially, I was going to chuck it up as you were having a bad day since you guys were busy but when you rudely yell at me in your language, that drew the line for me.  Besides, you don’t speak good English.  The last I checked customers cause you to be employed.  Your boss should coach you in how to treat customers.  You really left a bad impression on this business.  You should be glad Allen saved the day and I will be returning.

I love getting serviced here for mani and pedicures. It’s a great environment and you don’t feel rushed. They also serve beverages of your choice which I think is a great tactic for business. Had a little hiccup and while checking out I expressed my concerns. Christina immediately apologized and had B address my concerns. I was so impressed. The salon parlor is elegant and professional, and the staff is amazing, even the customers you mingle with. This was only my fourth visit and I must say the customer service they showed me today was top-notch. Stuck with me now. Now I have to tip every time!!Services:&nbsp;Nail art
