I cannot speak to the quality of the services provided at this business because I, unfortunately, had to leave. I had an appointment for a gel manicure at 1:00 and the service didn’t start until 1:30 even after I had expressed that I didn’t have a lot of extra time. I ultimately left because they weren’t able to apply a tip to a broken nail because they don’t “do tips”. Definitely disappointing. I will say the salon appeared to be clean and nice on the inside.

My spouse and I are extremely impressed. We booked for a couples massage to celebrate Valentine's Day. When we arrived a lovely lady greeted us and welcomed us in. She then offered us mimosas. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior if it's your first time to fill out paperwork. The salon was very clean and elegant. After we completed the paperwork Sarah and Blaise approached us. Omg they were so down to earth and gave great customer service. Sarah did my husband's massage and Blasie did mines. It was very relaxing and the massage was amazing. Thanksfor the great experience. We will be back soon. No more Massage Luxe and Massage Envy this is the best place in town. You won't regret it.

This was a great great experience. My wife and I had only done this once as a couple in the 21 years we have been married. This was our 2nd experience and I couldnt have been happier. The place was cozy and very clean. The ladies all looked professional and clean. They were full of energy and ready to work. In business your 1st impression is your customers last thoughts. And they left a last impression on us. Great Job!

I had my first massage here and it was very relaxing. Savannah did great! It felt very homey and nice in the building. I was gifted this massage but I will definitely be back for more.

I got a seaweed wrap, deep tissue massage, & pedicure. The services were great but the customer service could be better. No one expect the woman at the front desk seemed friendly. The seaweed wrap woman sorry dont know name was neutral, gave me 2 mimosas so she gets extra points lol. . But I would not return.

I had the most amazing massage here! But the receptionist is not very professional. I felt very put off by her " I don't know, and don't care" attitude. So much huffing for the simplest request, like booking an appointment.

My husband and I have been coming to Elite Retreat Day Spa for 2 years now. It started with my youngest son, getting us a gift certificate for a couples massage. We now come back every year on our anniversary for our couples massage!! Amazing service, each and every visit! They listen to your needs and tailor your service for you. I have had their massages, with & without stones, scrubs, & wraps. We will be scheduling our upcoming anniversary massage with Elite Retreat Day Spa for our 3rd year! I'm sure you'll enjoy no matter what service you choose!

My husband and I went here for the first time today for a couple's massage and it was amazing! The facility is clean and neatly arranged; the staff are friendly and professional; the atmosphere in our massage room was great! We will be back!

4 massage therapists came to visit Elite Retreat for a day of pampering, “Spayay”!!!! We each received a massage, facial, and pedicure. The staff was very accommodating. We will be back! Thank you for hosting us!
