Great company! Very easy to work with :

I walked into the east valley location today. I needed just a couple of replacement tiles. I talked with the person sitting at the front desk. I showed him some pics of the tile I was trying to replace and he was very helpful. He directed me to the yard and let me know where I could find some similar tiles. He was very professional and gave me some great information. The forklift driver was even smiling when I drove past him in the yard! Great customer service for the interactions I had with them. If I have any future roofing needs, Elite will be where I start first!

I needed about a dozen roof tiles to replace broken ones.  I went to several different roof supply companies and they either didn't have roof tiles for normal home owners or they had ridiculously expensive price $10 per tile. I called Elite roofing, they told me they have a bone yard.  I went there and they let me look around.  though they didn't have exact color, I found some that were close at more reasonable price.  ALEXIS was super helpful and even had his team look and find a a few corner tiles i could not find on my own.  I highly recommend this place to homeowners who want to go and look around in Elite roofing bone yard to find tiles they need.  I might go there again this week to get some backup tiles since it was so hard to find tiles I needed for reasonable price.

Elite Roofing Supply is the best roofing supply company in the valley.  We used a competitor for many years until we finally made the switch to Elite a couple years back.  Nobody else compares. They deliver rooftop with reasonable prices, the customer service is top notch, and they actually care about their clientele.  Thank you guys for being a great company and actually making our lives easier.

Terrible. I bought my roof tiles on May 11, 2022. It is now Sept 12, 2022. That's over 4 months without the product.  They don't call you, you call them, they give the same answer "no pick up date yet" I give the same reply, "we'll pick them up".  "Let me check on the status and I'll call you back" Week or more goes by, no call back.  They are TERRIBLE At least the AZ Location. I've paid for my product in FULL. Yet my project sits in a stagnate spot because my next city inspection, requires roof tiles even if they're just sitting on top of my roof to be completed.  FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.
