Unprofessional and spiteful! FOUR times more expensive than other equal quality retailers!!!The wig was not a good fit for my head, instead of just not selling it to me, they lied to me that they will adjust it and style it in such a way to fit better. Instead they just pulled the hair topper on my existing hair SO HARD and tight that most of my hair pulled and fell out. This caused extreme discomfort, pain and made it impossible to wear it for more than 15 minutes. Sold me the product NOT AS DESCRIBED! Refused to talk to me about addressing the issue. Violated California Business and Professions Code. When I kindly asked about a return, because this extremely expensive purchase was useless to me, Instead, the owners attacked me personally, sent me surveillance footage of the transaction, accused me of malicious intentions and much more of personal insult. The owners are rude, angry, emotionally unstable.

After more than two decades with another replacement hair "specialist," I moved to Elite. My husband has worn hair replacement for more than 20 years and it’s been a difficult journey. Over the years, I have been to every wig shop in Sacramento and Elite Hair Loss Solutions beats them all. It is a very clean facility almost like a medical clinic and they offer many different wig options and other hair loss solutions. The friendly staff has lots of knowledge when it comes to hair loss and great skills with wigs to create a very natural look. I have now been back to Elite Solutions four times to make additional purchases. I'm always happy to see their huge wig room with such a nice selection and I'm always excited to see the new wigs that frequently come in. The fitting rooms are spacious, and beautifully decorated and private, which is so important to me. Debby the owner, is just wonderful to deal with and makes recommendations for wigs that suit my appearance and make me feel like my old self. I really appreciate the 1st class treatment I get on each visit and I can never thank Debby enough for how she's helped me. She will always get my business.
