Elizabeth gave us the confidence to sell our home after a rough start of trying to get it on the market. From the moment she stepped through our door it was evident she'd done her research. We were impressed with how prepared she was and had no hesitation when choosing her as our agent. We were always on the same page, appreciated her dedication to selling our home, and trusted her advice and feedback every step of the way. She made selling our home an easy process and I can't recommend her enough! You will not find a better agent who cares as much about their clients as Elizabeth.
We started our home search last year 2021 and honestly I was dreading it because of the horror stories from family/friends specifically when it came to overpricing, bad experiences with realtors, and the bank/funding process. Liz and the other Long & Foster team-members made the experience fun/enjoyable. They took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in our possible forever home. Also being first time home buyers we didn't know the ins and outs of the process or some of the details that we should focus on when searching. Liz helped with that, even to the extent of reminding us of our goofy checklist we had when looking at each home, i.e., where is the Christmas tree going, which room will be the nursey, etc. Due to family/personal reasons we had to cut the home search short the summer of 2021 and because they took the time to know us, they knew what we were going through and understood completely. Liz continued to keep in touch with us throughout the process even during our home search hiatus. Then when we were ready to go again in 2022, we hit the ground running which resulted in us finding our home. Not that I want to go through the process again anytime soon, but it is a relief knowing their team is in the area to help if/when that time comes again. Where do I start! If you are looking for a realtor that has your best interests at heart, does her research & fights tooth and nail to find you what you are looking for then Elizabeth is your girl! I honestly can not say enough about how extremely humble and kind she is! As a first time home buyer, in a crazy market, finding what you are looking for can be tough. I had exactly what I wanted in mind & wasn't going to settle. With high rates and the non negotiables that I was looking for, most houses were out of my budget & were going to be hard to find. We toured what seemed like the entire state of Virginia & looked at countless houses. After months of searching, there were time where I felt hopeless but Elizabeth was always there to lift me back up and encourage me that we would find the one! She never complained, never showed that she was frustrated or made me feel that my wants were impossible. She researched all the options, got second opinions, and did whatever she could to get me where I needed to be. I can proudly say we found the one and without her it would have been impossible. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with. Not only did I feel confident in her knowledge, skills, and abilities, she was also so kind and patient. She knew exactly what my house needed to be sold at the best price in a reasonable amount of time. I absolutely recommend working with her as your realtor.
Liz is the MOST AMAZING realtor out there! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!!! She helped me find a house right when the COVID-19 outbreak began and was there for me every step of the way through uncharted territory. She is your advocate, friend, home expert, and is 110% invested in getting you the house of your dreams. Liz not only helped me find the perfect fit house which was not easy!, but she then also helped me with the renovations I wanted to do and connected me with an excellent mortgage lender. She knows the very best local contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. that offer top notch service and that I could trust would do a fabulous job with the work on my house. I am absolutely thrilled with the home buying experience Liz has given me and I could not have done it without her. If you are in need of a realtor, you NEED to have Liz working for you! She will make certain you have the most amazing home buying experience!
As first-time home buyers, my husband and I had a fantastic experience with this realtor! She was insightful and upfront while looking at houses, and we were able to schedule open houses at very short notice. She was always quick to respond no matter when we reached out. Furthermore, she went above and beyond helped us out a lot during and after the closing of the house with contractor recommendations/negotiations with the seller. I can not recommend Elizabeth enough for first-time home buyers! She made the complicated process much easier. You won't find a better realtor in the area!
I have had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth for Fredericksburg City Schools and more recently working with her as our realtor. Elizabeth started her career as an elementary teacher & truly touched the lives of the children and families she served. Fifteen years later I have been very fortunate to have Elizabeth support our family in looking for a home. Working with Liz was awesome! I was a first time home buyer and she was great with explaining everything and incredibly patient! She looked in all the areas I asked which helped me compare and narrow down exactly what I was looking for. I was on a tight budget which caused a few homes to fall through but she persevered until we found it and didn’t let me lose hope. Liz sold us our first home when we were in a time crunch. My husband and I were travelling to Europe for the summer and needed to find a house before we left. Liz was very helpful getting us into multiple open houses every day and found us our dream house just in time. Everything was taken care of before we left so all we had to do was close when we returned to the states. We high highly recommend Liz for your future real estate needs.
