Excellent and knowledgeable staff. I needed flowers on a Saturday and they made it happen .I am impressed and the roses I asked for looked amazing.

I chose Etown Florist to do my wedding on 9/19/20. Me and my mom planned for over a year so we had enough time to get good prices, Etown Florist did just that. They were AMAZING to work with and the prices were awesome as well. I had sent multiple pictures of my vision and Danelle and she made it come to life.  Also for the day of they came to us and set everything up, they made sure everything was how I wanted it before they even left which was amazing as well. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of floral done but for weddings especially. If I had to do it all over again I would pick them over and over :

Placed an online order for a flower delivery with Elizabethtown Florist. I immediately noticed only the first line of the card message was showing on the order. I was concerned the florist would receive the order like that and wanted to correct it. I called Etown Florist SEVERAL times and left a voice-mail message as well. Apparently they don't answer phones or check messages. They delivered the flower arrangement WITHOUT the message.... which was my whole purpose of ordering the arrangement. So very disappointed!

I ordered flowers, candy and balloon for my daughter the day before Valentine’s Day to make sure it would get delivered on Valentines Day !  After realizing the order hadn’t reached its destination by noon , I made an in person visit to the establishment and also a phone call towards the end of the day to verify that the order was in route and they  assured me that it would get delivered by 4 pm .   It did NOT get delivered and when I called the next day to ask for a refund , I was not given an explanation as to why my delivery didn’t take place .  Had I known this I would have taken my business elsewhere and that’s what I most definitely will do in the future .  I would not recommend this place .

Absolutely loved the door wreath we bought! It looked exactly as it did during the promotional video! I think I may have the best looking door in the neighborhood now! The ladies there are so very nice to work with too.

I had the absolute best experience with Elizabethtown florist for my wedding. We had so many last many changes and every time I called they were so understanding and accommodating. I did everything via phone and pictures since I live about 40 minutes away and it made things so easy.

I've been burned one too many times with this florist. Spent 100.00 on a funeral bouquet that looked like it was almost ready for the trash and was very small. Thought I'd give them another chance, boy was I wrong to do that! Never again!

Etown florist did a great job with my daughter's bouquet.   There were last minute items we needed and they took care of everything.  No stress for this MOB.  They even helped with the decorating for her day.  You are the best. I will recommend you to everyone! Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful job!! Danelle and Madison saved my wedding day, they made every detail beyond what I could even imagine. The altar was my favorite part of the whole wedding

Last year I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend on valentine's day, they sent the wrong flowers to her, and they made up for their mistake, then this year I thought I'd give them another shot, I placed the order to deliver them to her work at 7pm. Instead of calling and letting me know they couldn't do 7, they delivered them there while she wasn't working. So I couldn't cancel them and now the 107 dollars is now spent on old flowers, going to be received to her by someone she probably doesn't like at work. Be warned, take your money elsewhere. I don't usually leave reviews, but when I called the lady laughed at the fact.
