Tonya was an excellent person to help us through a hard time in our lives. She walked us through the entire process, made us feel like we were making a decision we could live with. The patience she had was like no one has ever taken the time to help us. The facility is beautiful. The staff were nice. We will never forget this experience that Tonya guided us through. I love working at this facility. We have the most awesome team! And that translates into great care for our residents. I know it sounds cliche but we really do have a wonderful family atmosphere!!! We love our residents!!! My coworkers and residents are like family and they are the best!!!

This is an excellent place for a loved one to receive therapy or remain there for long term care if needed. The facility is kept clean and the patients are treated like family. The nursing staff are excellent and the Administrator and DON's office work hard to see that every resident is well cared for in a timely manner. Plenty of activities are provided for all residents who choose to participate. The staff has the best teamwork that I have ever worked with. I would definitely recommend this facility for your loved one.

Wonderful clean building the staff is friendly and loving to all who enter their door. The staff makes sure the resident have activities that are interesting for the resident. The facility makes sure that they involve resident council in activities decision and improving customer service for the resident and family members. The facility does a great job in training staff members and resident on resident rights and education on memory issues related to quality of life for the resident. Their social service department is outstanding not only for residents and their needs but also helping families member adjust to changes with their loved ones. The business office has great knowledge on all programs and options that are available to the resident entering into long term care. Thank you, Elizabethtown nursing and rehabilitation for all you do for the residents and their families. Long term care is a hard job and very few a willing to take care of the elderly. You all are angels

I worked at this facility for several years and consider the residents and the staff as my family!! Everyone is very friendly and go out of their way to care for the residents as their own family members. Therapy continues everyday to work with the residents in the therapy gym and in resident’s rooms. They provided physical, occupational, and speech therapy for the residents. Many activities are planned for residents and they enjoy not only at facility but go to restaurants, Freeman Lake, and many other places. The management staff continues to support and help nurses, aides, and the rest of the staff. I can not say enough about the kindness I seen throughout the years by staff and residents. I have been privileged to work beside some of the best nurses and aides at this facility!!!

I have worked many places during my nursing career, but I can honestly say this is the most dedicated staff I have ever worked with. The staff not only treats our residents like family, but our staff treats each other as family. I am very proud of our staff, from nursing to housekeeping, to dietary. They give 100% daily!!! I would highly recommend this facility

Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab is more then just a nursing home. It is the home of 65 amazing residents. These are the same residents that we call family. Our staff works hard everyday to keep our residents happy and safe. I enjoy working beside some of the best staff in the area. Thank you everyone for your hard work.

This facility may be older and not as modern but it is made up for in character. The staff are some of the best I’ve ever seen and they work hard everyday to take care of the residents and treat them like family. Activities include outings such as fishing, going to the pumpkin patch, restaurants. This summer the residents planted a garden. I have worked here for a combined total of almost 8 years. It’s a great place!

Very nice facility! Always clean and employees are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely trust them to care for any of my loved ones. The residents are always happy and well cared for, very well managed. I would highly recommend.
