I've attempted to do laundry here due to other laundromats being over capacitated and none of the washers worked. There was even a lady standing inside stating it was always like this, that only a few ever work out of the whole facility.
Will not go back. Used to love this one because I could walk around while waiting on my laundry.. Almost every washer was out of order and lots of the dryers... how are you going to have a laundromat and all the washers and dryers arent functioning?
Wash machine took $6 and didn't even start. I know it's a public wash and dryer but I'm wanting my money back.
I'd give it a zero if I could. Half the washers are full of trash. Soap dispenser took my money but issued no soap. One of the machines doesn't agitated the clothes. So I had to wait for the entire motionless cycle to finish to move clothes to another machine....and then the second machine did the exact same thing so to wash 2 simple loads of clothes it wound up taking over 2.5 hours having to run full cycles in non agitating machines and costed $6.50 more than it should've with two machines not working and the soap dispenser not working. The owner should be ashamed of him or herself.
This laundromat is conveniently located inside the Elk Crossing shopping plaza. There are roughly 16 washers and 10 dryers. There is also a change machine that accepts bills up to $10. I personally have been there 5-10 times and it is decently cleaned. However, one Saturday it did not open at 7am like the business hours sign suggested which forced me to go elsewhere.
I wouldn't give it one star of the whole place smelled like cat litter first three washers I opened up for full of dirt and debris places awful
I only use it to dry my clothes. My element is out in my dryer. It usually dries with 1 dollar. This time it took 1dollar and 75 cents. They need to maintain them!
Almost every machine is out of order and the whole place smells like raw sewage.
i went around 9 pm tonight to wash my blankets , went and sat in the car while they were washing bcz there was an awful smell , went to go back in a little after 10 and the door was locked , so now can't get my blankets out until 7 am ! would not recommend
It gets the job done..... Several of the larger washing machines were marked as out of order.
