Since Covid the poor dealers just haven't had squat in stock, and the stock they have they're trying to rob people with price hikes. Lovd to buy local buuuuuut might have to shop around.

I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle. Sal was amazing! We had called to tell him we were coming down to look at a truck they had. When we pulled up, Sal came out and greeted my husband by name. They had the truck already pulled up for us to take for a test drive. No one rode with us so we could really get a good feel for it. Then we started working on a deal. It was very easy, Sal and Ray worked with us, and eventually we settled on a fair deal that we both felt good with. Tony was our finance guy. He was amazing and walked us through everything. All in all we highly recommend these guys! It was great working with them and we love our truck! Thank you again Sal, Ray and Tony! And thanks for staying late to get our deal done! You guys rock!!

Too bad I can't put zero stars. After purchasing a used car several years ago from Honda, I'm disappointed. I lost count of how many times I've had my car repaired. I'd say close to $8,000! I could've purchased another car!! It took time for me years to realize I was scammed into buying a lemon. I found out the car came from Chicago and was a leased vehicle. It snows in Chicago. These employees are something else. They only care about how much money they can cheat you out of. I wish our government would put strict rules and harsh fines on car dealership who knowingly sell cars that are damaged and need expensive repairs after purchasing.I will never purchase another car from Honda ever again!

Maybe they will want to sell you a car... maybe. They have to really feel like it though. Went in with a strong budget, placed an order for a custom build wrx and was told they wouldn't order it because it had too many options!! **stopped by Maita on my way home and they took care of the order for the same vehicle in less than 30min. Bought 2x cars from here..never going back though.

They advertise #1 in sales but let me say this, there service isn't in the ranks. Like many others before me I've been put on the back burner when it come to anything other then them selling me my truck.. 53k I spent on a truck and I can't even get back 5k of warranty legally owed. Choose wisely, choose elwhere!

I had two vehicles serviced there today. I go back every six months because they provide good service. They keep my cars running smoothly.

As always great service. We own 4 Honda's. One the 03 accord ,the best ever made. 310,000 and running like new.

Service was excellent and very informative. Although my issue was not completely resolved it still was a pleasant experience. Hopefully when I come back in we can resolve this. Thank you Steve!

We bought a Nissan Rogue 2000 with only 1,000 miles. We got a fabulous deal. I just took in the Rogue for first oil change which they paid for. They give first oil for free with the coupon book they give to their customers who bought new/used vehicles. I made my first service oil change and tire rotation appointment and the wait time was about 45 mins. Nissan is much better than our Toyota Rav which we purchased at Maita Toyota in Sacramento on Auburn Blvd. 2 1/2 years ago. Toyota's service wait time with appointment is still a very long wait for just an oil change. They don't give a savings coupon book. Thanks to Nissan of Elk Grove we ate very satisfied and happy One last thing, for the same price you get more features buying Nissan than a Toyota. The On-Line Sales Associate at Nissan of Elk Grove, Will is his first name, found the vehicle with the amenities that we wanted, at the price we wanted and after the purchase, when we had questions, he called us right back to answer our questions even on his day off.

Here to become a Toyota customer again, my car hit 208, 000 miles. Im going to miss my baby. Out with the old in with the new. Dealership been good, paper work to fill out no getting around that, but i would recommend Toyota for long lasting and reliably.
