Before I trashed an older laptop, I decided to try my last option and called Elk Grove Computer Services. Bill said to bring it in and he would take a look at it for no charge. After he looked at it, he quoted me the most reasonable price for a new hard drive with windows 10 loaded. He said it would take about a week so I left it. 24 hours later he called and said it was ready! To my delight I now have what I consider a brand new laptop. I’m the winner!!! Thank you Bill!

If there were ten stars I would give them as a review. Bill is a hard working, honest man and he does exactly what needs to be done, keeping you informed along the way. He’s more reasonable in his pricing than any big service company, and I highly recommend him for your computer needs!

This was a great place to get my son’s laptop repaired, and the owner Bill knew what he was doing to repair the problem. He was knowledgeable, gave me great service, and was reasonably priced. I will definitely bring him any of my computer issues in the future. Thank you Bill.

Highly recommend this place. I was able to get a student discount and he saved all my files and documents which I wasn’t expecting. My computer is working great!

This gentleman provides great service. A couple things to point out. Call before you go to make an appointment. This gentleman works alone and isn't always in the office. Don't be influenced by the building I pulled up to this nice building and immediately thought he was too expensive. He rents space within an office, and the staff that run that office are extremely nice and helpful. I brought my laptop in because it wouldn't turn on. He fixed it quickly-more quickly than I expected for a very reasonable price. Two days later, it wouldn't start again. I contacted him and he told me to bring it in right away. He had it fixed again within a few hours and explained to me precisely what had gone wrong. He did not charge for the second repair, and it's running great.

I found Bill to be honest and very good at what he does with computers. I recommend anyone with computer issues to have Bill help you.

They did an amazing job with my high end gaming PC. I was so worried since everything was pretty broken and my pc fell on my way there. But he managed to fix it so it works again as well as giving me additional advice! Even the tech team at my work was not able to fix it, so him being able to fix it and pinpoint the damage is simply magical!

Nabib is awesome. I had taken my iMac into the Apple Store a few weeks and they told me that the hard drive was dead. They gave me a few recommendations, but the feeling was that I would need a new computer and that it wasn't very likely that I would get any of my files back. I decided to hold off, and luckily I found Nabib's office, and decided to give him a try. He is very professional and he is super nice!
