It's clean. We used it 3 years and I will recommend this place.

I've been shipping here, UPS and FedEx for years. Never thought to leave a review. The place is great. I assume the people I have always seen the are the owners. All 3 staff members I've ever seen there are friendly and always helpful. Whenever possible I purchase my postage there otherwise I drop all my FedEx and UPS 10-20 a month there. They are open late enough that I can almost always get a package dropped off last minute on a Saturday. Anyway. Nice local place They deserve your business.

They offer great shipping services and quick scan to email. I wish they would extend the hours at least a couple of days in the week, I am only able to get there on Saturdays and it's always busy because they are only open a half day.

Before going to other storage facilities or package facilities, please check out Elk Plain storage! It's run but the sweetest most kindest people. I actually worked with them for a few months and my experience as a customer and as an employee was exceptional and heart warming. Even the employees are sweethearts! Their customer service goes above and beyond, without asking.

I came in to try and return something to Amazon through the UPS service, unfortunately they could not do it with the way Amazon sent the label. Even though the ladies there could not send my package I was blown away by how friendly and helpful they were! It is so refreshing to experience that kind of customer service even when they can’t assist you with exactly what you needed! They let me know where the closest UPS locations were that could assist me. They were also super nice to my son who was acting very shy. Will definitely use this location for other shipping needs in the future.

I have stopped here several times for copying, scanning, or mailing packages. The staff always go out of their way to help me. Very friendly and helpful. Good place to do business and it's close to my house.

Closes too early every day kind of sucks when it's supposed to be a convenient drop off spot! And on top of that they charge you for,Labels etc... This is where you should do dropoffs though. Not a box outside!
