I called the manager  to see if my games were up and running. last week they were not  she told me yess they are now so I ran down  there and they replaced  all my favorite  ones. But  I called  ahead  of time  to ask each specific one. She just lied to me so I confronted her about  it  . I traveled  all the way  from sc to play. she told me it was no big deal and we dont need your business and you can leave yelling  at me to shut up . I never  witnessed  such  rude behavior . I asked for her bosses  number  and she told me Google  stupid.  If this is how your going to treat your customers  I'll be sure  to  never  come  back. THIS place is the worst casino ever. Even the new games are really  tight and something  everyone has so I'm taking  my cash elsewhere.   It's not worth  going  anymore . something to watch out for she is there every day . they're  plenty of casinos in Elko and Spring Creek that would love the  money and have  common courtesy. Nothing is worth your dignity.

Worst  place  to  gamble  the manager  tana or something with a t is a joke she love to start  trouble  she is the ultimate  ugly troll  the only  thing  good  about  this place is the 20 for 40 deal even  then they tightened up their slots to win less a lot less the vp is a joke I told him 5 times the same thing  with  4 witnesses  and he still took her side God forbid  she starts  anything  with any of yall because  they won't  believe  you even  with cameras  and witnesses  save your money  guys  there is way better  places  that will treat you fair
