This place is the most disgusting place ever. It’s disgusting every single day that I’m in here. The coffee bar is an absolute disaster. Everything is spilled. Everything is sticky. Everything is empty. No one wipes anything down. The bathrooms are twice as gross. No one refills to paper towels. They just set them on the counter. There’s no toilet paper in the stalls. There’s toilet paper all over the floor and piled up on top of the toilet paper holders. The sinks are not wiped down, the trash cans are overflowing. This is every single day. I don’t know who the GM is but this GM needs to be fired.

Bathrooms were not clean and lacking TP.  There is trash all over the laundry room and parking lot.  The staff is extremely friendly but obviously this store is not well managed.  The Golden Corral is so-so.  Nice staff but the buffet did not look fresh or clean.  Big parking lot.

Nice big lot. However, don't expect clean restrooms here no matter what time u go in. No real food like bakes, chicken , meatloaf, just wings, pizza, and burgers. However, they have a Golden Coral. But it stays so busy its hard for them to keep the buffet fresh.

I walked in the Bathrooms and they were dirty and there were no paper towels.  Went to get some food and coffee, most of the coffee was empty and they had no hot food, not even hot dogs.  Went to get a coffee lid and there was coffee splashed on all of them.  Went out to walk my dog and there was trash all over the lawn.  Obviously the investor in this company don't care, this it becoming a trend at all Pilot/Flying J/One nine locations.  It's sad and pathetic. I will choose Loves every time if I can find one.

I'm here every week, never a clean bathroom. If you come in at night don't expect to be able to get a shower because they are always closed until morning shift comes in. Good luck with parking, it is a disaster of a parking lot since about half the spaces are reserved and drivers don't care where they park. I swear half of them must not know how to back a trailer. I see parking spots open but they just pull off where ever they want. Hell sometimes they park right at the corner of the Blue Beacon and obstruct the entrance so bad that you can barely get in after a wash. So to recap they want you to pay to park so that you can have those nasty bathrooms and no showers and a jungle of a parking lot.

Good, clean showers. Polite staff. Golden Corral on the premises. No laundry services.  Some of the diesel fuel pumps are either very slow or don't work at all.  It's a very large truck stop with lots of parking and reserved spaces.

I would like to show my indignation, seeing the cleaning of the showers with the very towels we dry ourselves with, in fact, the cleaning is not, as it is only dried for others to use, this is really disgusting! Also taking the opportunity to say that most toilets are also leaving a lot to be desired, and just putting smell in the bathroom does not remove the bacteria from urine and feces…

This is my go to when coming through the area but by no means is it perfect.  The Parking Lot tends to be tight, all spots are angled spot which is fine but most don't back all the way making it difficult. Truck Parking lot is covered with litter like no one is emptying trash and if they are they need to do it more often. But drivers also need to be better about not just throwing trash all around. And normally of you pay for a spot you have to get people moved as they are parked in your paid spot and they did not pay.  For Parking get here early, fills up fast but worst case other places around, for food and parking.  The staff is very friendly, never had an issue yet.  The showers are always clean and very spacious. Decent water pressure and can get nice and hot.  Food seems to go faster then they can make it but hey it's a truck stop that is very busy, maybe getting another cook for the busy times would help.  Has all the typical Flying J Staples for truckers, including a good sized lounge and seating for eating as well. There is also a Good Corral here, see my review for that as well.  Overall not a bad place to stop. Needs some work in some places but what truck stop doesn't.

Not bad. Could use some cleanup in the parking lot. The parking for trucks is bad. I've been here since Friday in the back row and watched none of the trucks leave all weekend. The locals are using it as there private parking for there company trucks. This is not.okay as drivers need a place to park after a long day of driving.the pictures I took are of trucks that have been sitting for a while. All 3 trucks are not even road legal. They have been sitting for a long while. Pilot/flying j needs to take care of this. This isn't a parking lot for none running trucks.

hot showers but you know what this mean Pilot? it means it’s time to renovate your showers  This is dirt and grime past what your workers can clean. Or this is years of built up residue that your workers failed to clean after every shower. Nevertheless, it’s nasty and should be dealt with asap. Yes the temperature was great and shower pressure was great.
