Didnt have the best experience. Even tried to call which I asked for a manager, owner or lead stylist, someone higher up and was not transferred, to get any answers I had to talk to the girl, which was uncomfortable as it was the stylist who messed my hair up to begin with to get it resolved and still nothing. Set up a second appointment to have her correct it, but im going to cancel. The stylist also was a little cold to me when I said I was unhappy. I dont want to spend more money when I really just dont trust what could happen. Really unfortunate. The reviews were so good.
