all of my working life, i have been happiest when providing excellent customer service. in this new laundry business venture, in addition to that customer service, it's my goal to provide you with:
- TIME. at least a couple of extra hours in your week when you're not thinking about doing your laundry. play with your kids, do some grocery shopping, take a nap. whatever you do is up to you, as i'll be doing your laundry.
- quick turnaround. drop off at 10:00am or before, and your laundry will be ready for pick-up the next day at 10:00am.
- all natural cleaning products. no bleach, no dyes, no factory fragrances, no phosphates.
- commitment to the environment. my HE washers and dryers use less water and less energy than standard washer and dryers.
my website should be up soon, but for now i'll give you the bare bones.
- PRICE is $2.00 a pound to wash & fold your laundry. currently, i'll only be offering ironing for shirts ($5.00 each) and pants ($7.00 each). *please email Ellen at [email protected] with questions about your delicate or specialty items.*
- drop-off and pick-up of your laundry will happen at 1030 S. Hobart Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90006. drop-off & pick-up bins are located on my front porch.
