CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements done at a high intensity.
You won't see any machines with weight stacks, or elipticals and treadmills. We don't do isolation, but rather train using mulit-joint exercises to increase effiency. Our workout programming consists of many facets including, but not limited to, Olympic lifting, running, gymnastics, kettlebells, and rowing. We try to incorporate anything that will improve your fitness, range of motion, and quality of life. At Ellensburg CrossFit any fitness levels and skill levels are welcome so give us a try and you may be surprised at what you are capable of!
