My dog has been going to this clinic for the pass two years, I can't say I've ever had a bad experience. Doctors are careful, caring and very informative. Great customer service. Clinic is clean with no overbearing pet smell. Please be advised that there is a new fence up from the back of the clinic therefore there is only one way in to the clinic and that is from the front entrance.
I took my newly adopted Standard Poodle here initially for shots due to convenience, but ended up a full-time client due to compassion & care. I had health issues with my Poodle, but Dr. Darga & Dr. Grey were both so kind to us & got to the cause of the problems. My family was so pleased with the level of care, that all of our dogs were switched to Ellenwood Animal Hospital. Our bulldog had been treated for an infection by a different vet for months & wasn't getting better lots of $$$ spent with no resolution. One visit here & they diagnosed the problem, gave different Rxs than we had previously...our bulldog rounded the corner & made a complete recovery. The prices are very fair compared to the extreme cost we were paying elsewhere. Thank you for your care, compassion & for being a long standing part of our community. Highly recommend!
I thought this would have been an excellent facility. I was recommended this facility by family members for the great service and affordable quality care; however, the receptionist was unhelpful! I traveled all the way from Jonesboro, for the care and was denied services without her even looking to see if there was anything she could do. The service of this particular receptionist was terrible, because she showed no care and there was a complete lack of empathy. I will not mention her name, but because of her I was turned off by this establishment.This was unacceptable service especially for a little puppy! I ended driving 13minutes to the Stockbridge location and received phenomenal care and service there from their receptionists and staff.
The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. Clean and safe environment. They are affordable and reasonable with pricing. My Rottweiler is name is Big Baby and she love the hospital.
Dr. Gray is a Godsend. He truly cares about animals and customers. His heart can’t stand tears either. He was totally booked when I came in and found a way to care for my baby. Thank you for healing Simba! You are such a blessing
I have been to the Ellenwood animal Hospital several times. My Pitt-Lab, Millie 4 has had visits here since she was was small. Mille became sick over the weekend and by Monday morning I was in tears out of fear for my pup. I called first thing Monday morning and let them know she was vomiting, coughing, and had diarrhea And they told me they would see her right away! I was so thankful! I had videos and pictures of all of my dog’s symptoms and instead of brushing me off, the doctor was kind and watched and looked at each one—-including the poo poo pics. He did his very best to make my doggie comfortable, and gave me a detailed, easy to understand explanation of what was wrong with Millie. At this facility, everyone is very kind and patient. I have never ever had a bad experience. I left tear-free and I’m sure my dog will feel better by then end of the week. We have been to other veterinary offices during emergencies and left feeling cheated. There are so many offices in the Atlanta area that will take advantage of your emotional state and charge you hundreds of dollars while not helping much at all. Ellenwood Animal Hospital has reasonable, affordable pricing. I have never felt taken advantage of here. This place is not the shiniest, but it is an excellent choice in a primary care facility for your pet. I recommend them to everyone I know. I moved away from Stockbridge three years ago to Dunwoody and I still drive all the way to Ellenwood/Fairview for my dog’s care. Ps. The doc even let me take pics for my kindergarten class. They love it!
Amazing, amazing, amazing. My dogs got into a scuffle today and my lab did a number on my poodles neck. Emergency surgery was needed and they were so professional, kind and even stayed late at the last minute to make sure my baby was taken care of. The price was SUPER fair. If y'all know most vets, they can be crazy expensive and most of us can't afford it... this place isn't in the business for the money and it shows. Hands down, they've got my business from here on out. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur baby!!
I have used this animal hospital for 30 years. These are warm and caring people who provide top-notch care without the expense of fabulous overhead. If you want the fancy waiting room this is not your place. If you would like to have two great doctors who honestly care about your pets this is exactly where you and your pets belong.

Dr. Darga and Dr. Grey are very nice. They seem to really care about the animals. I love that they have some cats and dogs all around the office, especially the big black and white male cat helping to hold down the receptionists counter. If you need to walk-in, they do there best to help you.
