The Ellington Historical Society is a group that works to preserve the history of the town of Ellington, Connecticut and its inhabitants. Our museum, the Nellie McKnight Museum, is located at 70 Main Street.

Description

The museum is open from May to September each Thursday from 1-4 pm. Come check out the interesting artifacts that have been collected over the years! Museum visits can also be made by appointment.

The Executive Board includes current officers as well as members-at-large Dave Lehmann, Karyn Kloter, Dave Danforth, Curator Nancy Long, and Archivist Lynn Kloter Fahy.
