Elliot Family Medicine @ Bedford Village

The care the Elliot has given in the year or two since their merger has made me fearful. this hospital prioritizes business, through and through, and is willing to let your pain go unchecked, through staff that refuses to take any ownership. Instead of being proactive about your health, they'd prefer you end up owing them more money for an ER visit. An ER visit you wouldn't have needed if they just helped in the first place. Find a different practice.

The five star is specifically for Dr. Elgert. He is amazing and has been a great doctor for my ASD children, and also myself. He takes time to listen, and really check in. As far as the rest, always had a good experience with everyone else. There was one nurse assistant that was rough on one occasion, but not everyone can be perfect all the time.

Wish I could do less than one star but sadly that’s no an option. The receptionist, Linda has no people skills what so ever and really knows how to make someone feel even worse about themselves. All I wanted was to have a private conversation with my Dr who I love who I emailed and told what it was about, and my dr told me to call and make an appointment. Linda, kept pushing me and pushing me to tell her what it was about when it was clearly private, and personal. A conversation with a dr not someone with out a medical degree. She refused to make an appoint request until I told her. I got off the phone feeling so embarrassed and mortified.

Five stars only for Dr. Elgert. He has been a fantastic thorough and caring physician to me for nearly 15 years, improving the quality of my life. The rest of Elliot has gone far downhill since merging and continues to. I am very sad to see him retire soon and it will be difficult to find a practitioner half as caring as Dr. Elgert.

Run, run away now. “Hello I need to see my pcp, I have a life threatening condition.” …. “I’ll have a nurse call you back, we’re experiencing higher than normal call volumes.”

easy to schedule online for urgent care visit. quick access, great staff. circumstances have taken me here twice and we are lucky to have this service in town. I'd compare to Convenient Care on 101 and rate this as much better experience.

Having read the other reviews for this doctor, I was a bit hesitant but I found her to be extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She addressed my questions, didn’t pester me about being a vegan and and actually suggested a great raw vegan site for new recipes. I appreciate when a doctor is open to a vegan/ holistic lifestyle. She listened to me and ordered the labs I mentioned wanting and was knowledgeable. I am surprised to read anyone found her rude or dismissive as that was not my experience at all. I found her very personable and kind.

Elliot is bad. Go elsewhere. Appointment cancellations, annoying triages, and exorbitant prices. Here, you are just a number even if the doctors are great--but you can find great doctors elsewhere.

I'm kind of shocked at all the negative reviews. I've been seeing Dr. Danielson for several years and she's the best doctor I've ever been to. She's unfailingly kind, patient, attentive, and thorough. She always gives me options and explains everything. I love her MA, Holly too. I've also seen Dr. Boylan and Dr. Jang and found them to be just as wonderful as Dr. Danielson. They are extremely busy and scheduling is hard sometimes. That's my only complaint about this office. The entire staff is always wonderful.

Have had both good and bad experiences. Same PCP doctor throughout. Have to be my own advocate and push for tests that were needed. Holly nurse is the BEST. Kat is also a great nurse. I love the fact the whole building is multiple services which makes it easy to get things done consecutively.
